Seven Seconds Time Capsule Youth Hostel Reviews

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Met some amazing fellow travelers there. The owner allowed us to use his kitchen for cooking. We went to local market and bought some stuff to prepare our own meals. The capsule bed was comfortable and provided privacy. The front porch allows us to socialize and meet other travelers.

Spacious room, with a good shower and nice toiletries and towels. Convenient location with many things in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful boss who went above and beyond to help me rent a bike and find some dinner when I arrived late. I’d highly recommend.

Very cozy place, clean and the capsules offer a good privacy. I was really welcomed and the vibe of the place is really nice.

I stayed at this hostel for just one night, right at the beginning of the chaotic summer holidays, and everything was up to my expectations.

Hostel had a good location. Close to the center of the old town but on a quiet relaxed area. Staff was friendly. Not very social but depends on the guests at the time. Because there was a big are to chill. In the shared room some people were smoking inside at night and I couldn't sleep because of the smell but that's not the hostels fault

Henry was a very nice host and even showed me around Dali and the lake! The superior room was very spacious and the heated mattress was comfortable. Recommend!

Excellent experience here, and they accept international guests. The pods are really cool and well taken care of, the location is right by the ancient town, and the common area is stylish and friendly. The host was very personable and he even gave me a scooter ride to the bus stop when I left. To find it, the Baidu map location seems not to be correct, but the trip.com map is. It's at the end of a little lane - there's a big barber pole on the main road at the start of the lane. Thank you!

The room was clean and tidy, with a bathroom in the room. It was located just 400 meters from the gate of Taili Ancient City, which was very convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Dali.

Excellent! I'd definitely come back next time. The owner was very friendly, the environment was clean, even the restrooms were spotless. The capsule cabins were very quiet, and there were multiple adjustable lighting options, making them perfect for solo travelers.
