The smooth blanket of snow, accessible even to children with just a push of a curtain, and the thick, all-day snow layer, truly create a "snow playground." The texture of the same snow changes from dawn to sunset. The sugar-like crunch in the morning light is perfect for making snowballs, while the soft, powdery snow under the warm afternoon sun creates the most sturdy castles. Your appreciation for hygiene and warmth is the greatest compliment to our Snow Mountain support team! Regarding nighttime restroom use, we completely understand—it does take some courage to brave the mountains late at night! However, the restroom layout and its harmonious integration with the natural environment allow you to enjoy the beauty of nature in a comfortable setting. As for pricing, operating costs are indeed high during the snowy season (heating equipment runs 24/7, and supplies are transported entirely by cable car). However, we insist on spending money where it's needed: for example, every duvet is dried and sterilized daily. We firmly believe that our service and quality are a testament to this. We hope you'll continue to enjoy even more comfortable service on your next visit!

We have negotiated with the scenic area to minimize late-night snow removal operations to minimize any impact on guests. Due to the unique structure of the tents, the soundproofing is indeed not as good as that of traditional hotels.
