But I added the hotel butler Pablo on WhatsApp in the early stage, and sent a lot of questions to the butler, and he was able to help us solve them in time. There was a special welcome wreath on Easter Island when we picked up at the airport, and we were surprised to receive a pendant when we left. The staff were very nice. The hotel is a little far from the center of Zhaozhen Town, but it was okay because we rented a car. The room conditions are good on the island. There is a small tropical garden and a swimming pool. I like to sit on the balcony of the room and relax."

Paid almost $200 a night in cash only to find out that my room has no hot water, broken lock, window with a hole and a twin sized bed instead of king size that I booked. The manager pretended that it all was news to him. I asked for a refund and the manager suddenly had no proof of the payment I made and lied to booking agency about the whole situation. They lie that I never showed up at the property despite me staying there for 3 nights. Also, the swimming pool is only 5ft long and never cleaned. And there is no real coffee for breakfast, only cheap instant one. Internet is unusable and slow. And of course, no administration is ever on site in case you need them."

"We went to that hotel because a friend booked it for us and paid for it from Chile without us knowing what hotel it was and when we saw it we looked for information on forums and saw various opinions and some not very good, so when we arrived at the hotel we were a little worried but at reception a young lady and a gentleman received us with kindness and simplicity and we liked that we went to our assigned room (it was at the end of the complex at the bottom and facing the garden (there are two floors) it has a small hall outside that has a table and two plastic chairs and the first impression was a room (clean, tidy and with the basics to spend a few days (it does not have refrigeration but a great ceiling fan and it has a mini fridge) the normal clean bathroom with natural ventilation and normal linen (without roughness) and basic toiletries. I want to emphasize that the cleaning they did daily was PERFECT, the breakfast is normal (and with some shortcomings) it had what was necessary to start the morning (the waitress is very nice) and the room was very clean and tidy. very attentive to constantly replenish what is missing) At reception they were always professional answering our questions and giving us their suggestions. The only drawback is the Clucking and Cackling of the Roosters and Hens loose in the hotel gardens and throughout the town, and that start to bother us very early (around 5 in the morning), we mentioned it at reception and they gave us some earplugs, (solving the problem). Quality Service and Price Relationship. Normal"

"The hotel owner is very nice and helpful. Since the hotel is not expensive, the lack of air conditioning is a big problem and the room was very hot during the day. It's 30 degrees in the house. I've got prickly heat. The island is cool after 9pm and there is no need for air conditioning. The hotel front desk reception service is available for airport pick-up, but the tour guide and car rental company introduced by the front desk clerk are twice as expensive as normal. A day tour guide costs 3,500 RMB, which is equivalent to 500 USD. It's outrageous. Later, I found another tour guide who only cost 160 USD. It is obvious that there are kickbacks among the front desk staff, so be careful not to be fooled. The same goes for car rental. The front desk staff contacted the car rental company for 90,000 pesos, and the hotel owner rented the car to me for 45,000 pesos. So creepy. For your reference. Don't be fooled by the front desk"

We got picked up from the airport on time, had a car waiting for us at the Lodge (do rent a car if you can, makes all the difference). Fidji secured us a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide, which you will need to enter the many mind-blowing sites.
