"I had an incredibly beautiful experience in this Riad. I came to eyes short, so beautiful it was! Unfortunately the stay was only 1 night but the next time it will certainly be more! Thank you for the terrible good service and hopefully tomorrow!"

"Breakfast is a local breakfast, see the picture, relatively plain. I like to eat meat in the morning so it is not very appetizing. The hotel itself is really beautiful, the official website said that the 13XX Pasha Palace was refurbished and refurbished. The hotel is located in the old town and is convenient to wherever you go. But the Old City is harder to find, so you must not miss the sign on the wall when you walk! Finally, in a digression, I encountered a small gangster who forced the way to lead money in the alley. Don't want to save money for the sake of saving money!"
"The 14th century house, the building itself is very beautiful and amazing. Breakfast is on the top of the building, the scenery is great, and you can see a large area of medina. The room facilities are also good, basically have everything they should. But the old house also has problems. The soundproofing is too poor. There is a room on the second floor that can be heard up and down by the elevator, and the noise in the aisle will be loud. It was already evening on the day of arrival, and when I entered the house, I rushed into the smell of disinfectant water. The biggest breakdown is that there are 4 power jumps in 2 nights. This kind of thing happens in such a house is really scary. When the staff said that this had never happened before, it made people feel even more terrifying. The traffic is fairly convenient, you can park nearby, and you don’t have to drag your luggage for too long. But this location is actually quite far away from the regular old city activity area, and the shortcuts in the old city don't dare to go at night. We wanted to take a taxi on the side of the road at about four or five o'clock. It was difficult to take a taxi. It seemed that the taxis were full of people. Leaving in the morning, I had to take a taxi to the CTM station. Since it is difficult to call a petit taxi at this location during the day, I asked the front desk to help book a private car. It takes about ten minutes and 100dhr. If you know you have been killed, you can only use this method.
The girl at the front desk is very dedicated and feels like she is sitting there day and night. If you have any questions, just ask her, but it makes people feel that pushing dinner and spa is a bit too much, but I don’t say anything if I refuse. Woke up the morning before leaving and helped us pack breakfast."
"This hotel is located in the old town of Fes, in the alleys, in a thick gate, there is a unique display of its unique charm! I understand that hotels with such characteristics in the ancient city are generally bought by some of the nobles and nobles a long time ago. Later, they built their own palaces and passed on to the characteristic hotels of the present generation! The layout of the lobby is very stylish, and the lounge has a lot of books and features to feel the owner's heart! The butler service is very attentive, remember to stay at this hotel, call the hotel staff in advance to pick you up! Their dinner is great, but make an appointment in advance, and the lamb chops are great!"

"There is a parking lot, and the breakfast is very varied. The room is oversized and the family is absolutely enough to live in. The room is very beautiful and comfortable."
"The location was great, close to the bus stop for Chefchaouen and the train station, so it was easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
GGuest UserTucked away in the labyrinth alleys of the Medina, Riad Algila transports one into a world of tranquility & elegance. The riad's meticulously adorned courtyard with gentle tricking of water from the fountain, swaying green trees and intricate tile work serves as a peaceful sanctuary from the bustling city outside.
Our 2 day stay was nothing short of enchanting. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, adorned with traditional Moroccan decor with modern amenities, provided a luxurious retreat after a day of exploration. The staff always attentive with insightful recommendations, made all the difference to our stay.
Riad Algila truly embodies the essence of Moroccan hospitality offering a respite of calm and beauty amidst the vibrant tapestry of Fes.
GGuest UserOur experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress.
Thanks to the entire team at Janan Palace.
The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool.
Beautiful hotel to spend a few days while visiting Fes.
AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.
AAnubhavThe hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for
Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always
The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice
Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.
MMötley NüFCIf you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome.
The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.
GGuest UserThe contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.
GGuest UserThe Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you.
If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.
RR-SV- a huge disadvantage is the location of the hotel. It is surrounded on all sides by highways. If you get a room with windows facing the street, then the noise and smell from cars and motorcycles until late at night and at dawn will not let you get a good rest. Keep this in mind when booking;
+ the courtyard is very beautiful and protected from all sides by the hotel building. If the room windows overlook this courtyard, then you will not hear the noise from cars and motorcycles;
- the hotel is very far from the main attractions of the city and is suitable only for travelers by car;
+ the hotel has an internal free and excellent parking, plenty of spaces;
- there are few dishes to choose from for breakfast, one type of porridge, stewed rice and vegetables;
- the coffee from the coffee machine tastes very bad and bitter, it is impossible to drink;
+ good tea for breakfast in a Moroccan teapot, I advise you to drink it instead of coffee;
- in general, I would not recommend the hotel. For the same money, you can find much better.
