The only hotel I stay in foshan and the service is 100/10. Mr. COLIN has been great help for our group of 10 traveling with 3 families. Helping us change dates, collecting all our parcels, and making our stay the most convenient experience!

Excellent stay. Highly recommend this hoyel. Everything was perfect-starting with breakfast, through the lounge experience and beautiful room.

Very nice hotel, big gym everything is clean and new For me the location was good but only for furniture malls , you can go by walk to a lot of furniture places

Worst hotel in whole foshan , I can’t explain how bad service they have , first of all the stuff on reception don’t know how to talk with customers, I stayed in 25th floor and the whole floor smell cigarettes, plus the price too much for bad service and dirty rooms , very bad experience

The best hotel in Foshan by far. It is just a perfect combination of design But the MAIN NEGATIVE POINT IS THE FOOD. As a French it is a shame to have the cuisine of my country violated by such poor quality. The price in the other hand is truely French count over 100$ for their buffet for 2 people to eat fake food.

The pro’s : 1. The room is clean and modern 2. Breakfast is superior The Cons: 1. Need to improve check in and out process / too slow.

Suggest to pick another hotel in the area it looks very nice but it’s twice the price and half the service. Our tv had 2 English Channels and no movies unless you paid. The tv is old so you can’t cast your own apps to the tv like most basins hotel tvs. The tv itself Broke three times and we asked to a have a newer tv or B) be moved to a room where we could at least watch the TV but were refused. If you want any milk forget for your single tea bag provided in your room each day you have to pay for it. We paid for the upgraded club room and still not provided.  The buffet is vast lots to choose from and multiple chefs at each station but be warned if you have allergies nothing is signed other then to say advise chef and none of them Speak English well. If you can’t eat gluten like me then your breakfast is very limited. The chefs can’t or will not make you anything like gluten free pancakes and non of the sweet pastries or cakes are gluten free. So it’s eggs and luck that will be your breakfast for your stay. We had a club access lounge which was a nice room and I think work it for drinks. Reception staff are nice but English is not wildly spoken. We stayed at another hotel in Foshan paid 1/2 the price had movies on tv more then 2 English channels and a chef that at least tried to accommodate my food allergies. This hotel just said not possible. It’s meant to be a French hotel we expected a chef could make a basis GF pancake. Suggest if looking for a nice room and accommodative staff for 1/2 the price were you are made to feel welcome look at swisshotel unless you don’t mind eating frozen microwaved tiny side rolls served in the packet.

Carrie was extremely helpful throughout my stay. She went the extra mile to help my elderly parents get an early check in which I greatly appreciate. She was attentive and responsive - 10/10

While I had an overall positive experience during my stay, I’d like to offer a small suggestion that could enhance the hotel’s ambiance and guest experience. The front desk area on the ground floor felt quite dim and could benefit from brighter lighting to create a warmer and more welcoming first impression for guests. Similarly, the lighting in the room’s toilet and lifts were also a bit too dark and could be improved to make the space feel more comfortable and functional. A few thoughtful upgrades in these areas would really elevate the overall atmosphere and reflect the high standards the hotel clearly aims for.

The breakfast was good. The bathtub is big and comfortable. The room size is perfect and very clean. We have nothing but good things to share of this hotel.
