I asked to find the lobby manager, but was told that he had gone off work; I wanted to find the store manager, but he couldn't find him. After many twists and turns, the store manager called me back at around 21:30. After I explained the situation, I only asked him to strengthen employee training and said I was going to rest. But I didn't expect that the front desk staff would call my room at 21:50 for no reason and maliciously harass me to rest. This operation is really too much! In addition, on the morning of the second day of check-in, I asked the front desk at what time the swimming pool would be changed. The answer I got was that it would be changed early in the morning, but there was no specific time. This vague response made people feel helpless. Such an accommodation experience is really unacceptable. I hope the hotel can face these problems and make good rectifications.
