"A bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)"

"The hotel is located in the business district and parking around is difficult. Hotel guests' cars can be parked at the nearby Harmony Hotel parking lot. There are not many parking spaces there. It is an underground parking lot and can only park cars. We just arrived the other day and the front desk lady said that there was no place. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Jaffa Gate, we are walking to the old city. There are many restaurants around the hotel, the hotel breakfast is good, but there is no bread. The hotel has a free afternoon tea at 5-7 pm (happy hours), offering different biscuits, fruits and more. It seems that there are many Chinese people who go there. The word of mouth is good among the Chinese people, which is a bit exaggerated. The hotel is older and the facilities are rude, as it is noisy at night due to the city center. Israelis sleep very late at night"

"This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms."

"The Israelis never pursued the Mediterranean style of breakfast, but the toast with eggs can also be full. If you want to find porridge, noodles, poached eggs or give up, there is no whole Israel... We booked the simplest room, the suite was given after the stay, the room was large, but it was definitely not the concept of a luxury hotel. The room is small with a little surprise. It is mainly for believers to stay here, there are churches around and people to pray. Good location, close to the old town and parking."

"The sanitary environment is still pretty good, but the room is slightly small, which leads to the double beds being combined together; the check-in / out are very fast, I solved it in two minutes, the bathroom has a bathtub, but there is no toothbrush, Toothpaste, so you need to bring your own; The hotel is relatively close to the ancient city, commercial streets and other famous attractions, the location is relatively good; 50 thanks for breakfast, is a typical Middle Eastern style, may not be used to eating. In short, overall is good."

YYuhongdouThe room is not big, but it is very clean. The location is very good, very close to the tram, 4 stops to the center station, and don't worry about traffic jam. It is within walking distance from the Yafa gate of the old city. Evening city life style is very full. Recommend friends self-guided tour to choose this hotel

The nearby buses and light rail can quickly take you to places near and far in Jerusalem. There is a street close to eating and shopping, and there is also a supermarket that supplies daily necessities. It is open on holidays and Sabbaths. There is a noodle shop next to the supermarket. The owner has been in Hong Kong for many years. In general, the environment and service of the hotel are good. It is recommended for tourists from the Holy Land. The prices in Jerusalem are still a bit high, especially the prices of agricultural products have increased due to the recent situation. PS: It is recommended that Ctrip correct the name of the hotel to Notre Dame Hotel. The first two words of the hotel name are exactly the same as those of the famous Notre Dame de Paris. Notre is French for ”my” and dame is French for ”madam”. Put together, notre dame is My Lady in English. It has nothing to do with ”the north”. Please modify it to avoid misleading. Thank you!

谷谷Great hotel, great choice for breakfast, refined and healthy. The rooms are also beautiful, with large stone buildings, typical of the Jerusalem style. The facilities are very new, 10 minutes walk from the Old City and 10 minutes from the Mamilla Shopping Center. It is especially convenient and worth living.

AAnonymous UserSince Israel is a hilly country so even the google map mentioned it is around 20mins from Jerusalem old city , there is some up hill road u needa walk thru to get to the hotel. So if you have your car the hotel is a good option as the nearby environment is quiet. Otherwise staying in the old town maybe easier for you and save the taxi cost.
The room is nice and stylish. Very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.
