Room is spacious but needs some improvements with furnishing and cleanliness. Hopefully it will be fixed.

Spacious room, all clean and comfortable. Good location for visiting CUHK. Good service. Minor noise issue at night from the nearby highway , but we slept well. Recommend

Thank you very much for your thoughtful arrangements. Despite the typhoon, I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin. The gift bag and bottle of red wine made my birthday celebration even more special. I would also like to commend the staff for their exceptional service during such challenging weather. They made me feel very welcome, and I will definitely recommend this amazing experience to my friends. Looking forward to my next visit!

Nice hotel, very large room, great view. Nearby MTR station. no shopping area and not much choice of eating around within walking distance.

Compared to hotels in downtown Kowloon, Sha Tin is also very conveniently located. The East Rail Line gets you to downtown Kowloon in under 20 minutes. Most importantly, it offers fantastic value for money. For a relatively affordable price, you get much larger rooms and better facilities. Every time I visit Hong Kong, I choose the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin – this is already my fifth stay.

Although it is not new hotel but still in good conditions University MTR Station is just 3 mins away I love the mountain view! Price is reasonable!

Regency Club definitely worth it, good spread of food for cocktail hour. Amazing room view on a good day.

I have two separate bookings with different room types. I found it frustrating to move from one bedroom to another. Carlos at the front desk went above and beyond to help me find a room so I wouldn't have to switch rooms. I truly appreciate his effort and see that he's making a real effort to satisfy the custormers' needs. The hotel never disappoints, especially when you need to work or travel to and from China. I'd stay at this hotel again next time.

Booked a hotel room for my daughter to have a girls night out on her birthday. The front desk staff was extremely helpful over email, help noting down an early check-in request and also arranged a hand written birthday card to surprise her! *************************** - I wouldnt expect any less from the excellent customer service of the Hyatt chain 😎

It was my second stay in Hyatt Shatin this summer. I enjoyed the stay, room is big, good view (I got upgraded to harbour view room, thanks), swimming pool is large, friendly staff, quiet location with easy access to shopping malls nearby. Only one thing was not good during this stay, the jacuzzi pool was out of service but without any notice on hotel. This hotel would be a priority option for my next staycation.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin about a week ago and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with stunning views of the mountains and harbor. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, making check-in and daily service smooth and pleasant. The hotel’s location near the MTR made it easy to get around, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast buffet had great variety and quality. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable stay—highly recommended for both business and leisure.

Great location near the station. Few stops to central of Hong Kong. Nice and quiet but convenient. Water view was great when the weather turns clear. Always choose Shantian Hyatt Regency, see u again next time.
