Such a lovely stay! The room was spotless, the staff were so friendly, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxing and comfortable. I really appreciated how attentive everyone was — it made my trip unforgettable!

So close to big city

When i arrived I was not expecting such a big lobby. Location is great with small restaurants and convenience stores around. Staff is friendly and helpful. I booked my car to airport through them and it was cheaper than taxi (tip: pay in cash to save 10% service fee), and it was a huge van all for myself. Breakfast buffet is a bit disappointing but still ok for the room price. Only downside is that no amenities available, which is the legal norm in Taiwan. So be aware to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as well as anything else you need. If you don't, no worries, can buy at the 7/11 or the other convenience store down the road. Overall, quite a pleasant experience and will definitely book there again in my next Hsinchu trip.

Does not even provide hand soap in toilet. Expect customers to use body soap from shower cabinet to wash hands at basin. This may be a safety hazard if the floor of shower cabinet is wet.  Buffet breakfast is miserable.

The location is excellent, as it is close to the Big City department store and the train station. The friendly service staff can help you forget the fatigue of your journey.

Poor room condition, Good location, Excellent Service...

Location location location - it is located in the middle of a hassling city so very convinenct to get food and shopping. Car parking is a bit tricky as someone you need to contact the front desk to help you to use th machinerise car park but they came pretty quickly.

I stay here as nearby big city mall, but to my surprise the hotel provide a good morning breakfast especially to those milk tea lover, as diy bubble milk tea is available here.

Front desk staff was excellent! I had a couple of inquiries and they not only answered them but also gave suggestions. Room was a good size and well maintained. TV programs is well balance with English channels.

Clean and spacious!

The bed was freaking comfy, the best among all my Taiwan trips! But gotta walk quite a bit from the train station to the hotel. The hotel itself is good tho, there is a buffet restaurant right downstairs too.

Nice hotel in which you can park for free directly below the building! Very convenient
