"Location is excellent, at the heart of Hui Cheng. with food street, eateries, pubs etc. just below or near the hotel. There is a lake just beside the hotel for nice leisurely stroll or cruise. Free parking for hotel guests. Just need to inform reception before leaving to waive parking fees. Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and well maintained. Reception is welcoming, helpful and service-oriented."

"The hotel location is not very central but there is a huge shopping mall next to it, there are a lot of restaurants outside as well with plenty of choices. Hotel breakfast is not huge but they had ommelette station and noodle station. Coffee was not great tho. Room was beautiful. Recommend!"

"This B&B is very cozy and nice. Very close to West Lake and walking street with lots of small eateries. The lady at front desk is helpful and friendly. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Room provide very nice Chinese green tea, love it . There is a rice dumpling stall nearby selling home made rice dumplings, very nice. I bought some and brought back to my home country. Still good to eat after 2 days."

The mini cakes, chocolate fountain, and ice cream are perfect choices for kids, and the overall food quality is quite good. "1) Location: Excellent, just opposite West Lake's 东门 with food street, eateries, bus stops, train station etc. just few minutes walking distance. Very easy to enjoy the most of West Lake (day and night view). 2) Cleanliness: Excellent. Extremely pleased with housekeeping for the room. Did a great job in assuring us of the level of hygiene, making the stay a pleasant and comfortable one. 3) Service: Excellent. Pleasantly surprised with receptionist granting us a very early check-in, and fantastic housekeeper that put in efforts in preparing our room that makes arrangements easier for us. Hotel also provides very nice complimentary coffee and tea (variety available) at reception area. 4) Room: Excellent. Big, nice, spacious, well maintained and comfortable with view of Westlake. Nice, super big bed with very comfortable bedding and memory pillows. So comfortable that we're tempted to buy the hotel pillows for home use. 5) Parking: Free parking for hotel guests. Just need to inform reception before leaving to waive the parking fees. However, very limited lots available and very tight with many cars parked within limited space. A bit challenging to manage. There is 15 mins grace for drop off/pick-up of hotel guests at reception. 6) Facilities: Relatively old but in good, well maintained condition. Well-equipped with all sorts of facilities needed by typical hotel guests e.g. gym, restaurants, nice roof top bar etc. Anti-mosquito efforts at reception area can be improved to ward off the many mosquitos from West Lake area."

"A relatively new hotel in the Zhongkai High-tech Zone. The lobby is spacious, with well-arranged and tastefully displayed facilities. Rooms are spotless, meticulously clean, and very well-maintained, with impressive attention to detail in hygiene. The guest relations manager provided exceptional service; even before check-in, they proactively contacted me and ensured the air conditioning was already on. This thoughtful and proactive service truly deserves commendation. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, excellent transportation links, and is conveniently located very close to Chenjiangnan Station. The breakfast spread is quite diverse; even the photos make your mouth water. The manager also mentioned that they plan to introduce a mini hot pot for dinner next month, which is definitely something to look forward to."
