I stayed here with my family in a 3-bedroom suite with a living room and open kitchen. Two rooms had private bathrooms, while one used the outside shared toilet, which was fine. The property was very clean with a great atmosphere, and my room had a direct view of Menara 118 & KL Tower, amazing both at night and in the morning. Location is excellent, just a short walk to Suria KLCC and the LRT, and free parking was provided. Check-in and check-out were smooth and detailed. The only downside was the sewage/drainage smell in the suite, noticeable from the entrance and in the toilets. The staff were very helpful and came quickly to fix it, which improved the situation a lot, though a slight smell still lingered occasionally. I suspect it might be a building-wide issue. Overall, a really good stay with great views, location, and service. Just hope the drainage system can be improved.

We arrived at the hotel that evening. The hotel staff (presumably the online support team in China) had already added me on WeChat and created a service group to share important details and instructions. Everything seemed to be going smoothly initially. However, the check-in experience at the front desk was incredibly rude and left me utterly frustrated. Apparently, several hotels operate within this building, all sharing a common front desk. Upon our arrival, they spoke to us in English, but I couldn't understand a word. When I didn't respond immediately, they exchanged mocking chuckles, then switched to Chinese and directed me to another counter to wait for check-in. While waiting, they continued to converse amongst themselves, presumably in English, but their pronunciation was so poor – clearly a heavy Indian accent. I blurted out 'What?' and they immediately stopped talking, looking flustered and embarrassed. To be honest, I truly didn't catch much of what they were saying because the accent was so difficult to decipher. But I could definitely tell they were making fun of us for not understanding, because that kind of mocking laughter is universally recognizable! This was extremely irritating. After we finally checked in, we discovered there were no room key cards available (which I found very strange). This meant that every time we needed to use the elevator, we had to go to the front desk for them to swipe it for us. The staff there were incredibly impatient and unhelpful, initially refusing to swipe until we repeatedly explained that we had checked in but hadn't been given a key card. Only then did they reluctantly assist us. It was just a massive mix-up and incredibly unprofessional. Above all, what was truly unbearable was their blatant mockery of Chinese guests. Is it really appropriate to openly ridicule people when you're trying to earn their business? And frankly, what's there to be proud of about their Indian-accented English? It's not that we don't understand English; we just can't understand *their* particular accent! The three individuals pictured below were the ones at the front desk who engaged in this mocking behavior. The hotel facilities and the room itself were decent. However, the bathroom had poor ventilation and was quite smelly, but we were in a hurry and didn't bother asking for a change. The rooftop pool was nice.
