"Facilities: They have a washing machine with a dryer, which I didn't get to try as I arrived quite late this time. The TV offers live broadcasts with 30 channels, including major networks, which was sufficient. All necessary shower amenities are provided, along with both disposable and bathroom slippers. The showerhead even features multiple spray settings. The WiFi speed wasn't great, which might be related to the high occupancy – I noticed a lot of international guests during my stay. Service: They offer a parcel receiving service, but it seems they handle a lot of deliveries, so it's best to know what your package looks like to help them find it faster. The breakfast provided for airport transfers was sufficient to fill up on, with options like fresh eggs that you can fry yourself, freshly ground coffee, congee, siu mai, and fresh fruit. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was satisfactory. Environment: The area downstairs is packed with small restaurants, so you'll never go hungry, no matter the hour. Pudong Airport Shuttle Service: They offer a scheduled minibus shuttle to Pudong Airport; during regular hours, just contact them in advance, and it generally runs once an hour. The airport drop-off is a shared coach service with other hotels. It departs each hotel at XX:40 and arrives at the terminal on the hour. Make sure to manage your time accordingly. It drops off at Terminal 1 first, then Terminal 2. Disneyland Shuttle: I didn't get to try the Disneyland shuttle this time. My original plan was to arrive by 3 PM and use the free shuttle to scout the area a day beforehand, but my travel schedule was delayed. Maybe next time if the opportunity arises."

"Booked a night here after a long flight, to have a good night of sleep. Easy to reach from Hongqiao train station and airport by taxi. The service is very good, the room was already ready when I arrived at 11am and I could check-in early. The room was spacious for one person and one luggage. Both the bathroom and room were very clean. The bed was comfortable and I had a very good night of sleep. The breakfast is quite good, more Chinese options than international options. I would stay here again."

"Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It’s at a convenient location, within walking distance to the bund. The metro isn’t too far either. Really enjoyed our room and the amenities offered. From the heated toilet, to the tea, laundry and gym, this place offered a lot! Breakfast was delicious and included many different options. Staff were helpful and made sure we were satisfied. "Perfect Stay Near Shanghai Pudong Airport – Highly Recommended! At first glance, the exterior of Shanghai Pudong International Airport BOAI Hotel may look a bit old and not well maintained, but once I stepped inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The interior is calm, quiet, and very clean, offering a truly comfortable stay. Although the hotel is only about 10 km from Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), the surroundings are peaceful, with open land and a water channel nearby – the only sounds you hear are birds. It feels safe, private, and well secured. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even though they do not speak English. They communicate efficiently through WeChat and provide a dedicated contact number, making everything easy. The front desk is available 24 hours, and they respond quickly to any request at any time. The rooms are excellent – new, spacious, and super clean. They are equipped with all essential facilities such as hot water, air conditioning, tea/coffee set, and 24/7 housekeeping. Everything was well maintained and exceeded my expectations. One of the biggest advantages is value for money. The room rates are very affordable compared to other hotels offering the same level of comfort and service. The hotel also provides a free airport shuttle service, which is well organized and always on time – no delays. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, service, and convenience at a very reasonable price. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit."

"Totally recommend this appart hotel ! You have a nice well equiped kitchen, the breakfast was okay and the view from the 18th floor is beautiful. The only downside was the insulation as we had a very loud neighbour but after telling the reception they managed to deal with him so we could sleep. There’s a mall in front of the hotel that has it all and a well animated street nearby where you can find anything you want."

"I stayed here the night before my flight) the location was very convenient, its quiet, and there’re a lot of cafes and coffee shops there, as well as a supermarket. The room was absolutely clean and cozy, I loved all facilities and interior, the bed is just perfect! The reception asked me about the time of my flight and recommended the time of the free bus to the airport that sets off next to the hotel. They even called me 20 minutes before checking out to make sure I don’t oversleep my flight) so everything is just excellent!"

"TLDR: The best hotel you can get in Shanghai Pudong area, no cap! Not sure how many stars it is, but it is surely a 5-star hotel for me. The hotel offers great value for incredibily spacious room, comfortable and high tech. The room is equipped with AI voice control, though you need to use Chinese language. The toilet seat is high-tech, it has warm seat just like Japan! The hotel offers free bus service to airport and Disneyland! They also have free-of-charge Disney 'tour guide'. If you'd like to, you can join the tour and he will lead you to play around Shanghai Disneyland, though they communicate through Chinese only. Furthermore, it provides complimentary supper every day, which is really a huge bonus! When you come back from Disney trip, this supper will be the one to fill your tummy up! Also, there is a secret menu, which is a foot spa. After a lengthy day back from Disney, remember to ask the staff for a wooden pile, which can be used for foot spa. They provide herbal sachet, just pour hot water in, and you can enjoy foot spa in your room! Staff is super friendly. You can easily reach to service desk by a one-click phone call from your hotel room. TLDR: 10 star hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visit this hotel for your Shanghai Disneyland!"
