These people were so kind to delay our check out time till 3pm for our late flight, at no extra charge! Norman from Australia.

Due to a missed flight, I was stranded in Istanbul just past midnight with the next flight due 9 hours later. I was travelling with my son who had developed gastroenteritis. While at the airport; I used the trip.com app to book this hotel at a cost of 73 euros. We took a taxi and turned up within 20 minutes. Hotel explained that that my booking was for the next day (this was the only date option in the app). I asked if they could give me a room for one day earlier - they said they had vacancies and I would have to pay them directly 110 euros and that I should cancel the previous booking directly with trip.com, I was so tired and fed up I said that was fine. So I proceeded to cancel the hotel and selected ‘hotel agreed to cancel’ at which point the manager told me to leave! At which point he pushed me too! I was prepared to pay extra money to the hotel directly I didn’t know what the issue was? This was all very strange and my 9 year old son is watching this unfold :( So having been kicked out of the hotel, I then had to find another hotel and he eventually got to sleep at 2am and then we left for the airport at 6am. In end I paid for 2 hotels for 4 hours sleep. The hotelier is a **** and a thief. Their level of professionalism is not in line with what we get in Europe or the West. I would highly recommend you avoid this hotel as if anything goes wrong, you will not get any support or empathy. I have escalated this complaint and I will be writing several reviews to highlight this extreme behaviour. To put your hands on someone and use physical pressure is inexcusable.

We stayed here several times. The hotel is ok, the staff is friendly and helpful. A good place to stay for a night between flights. The breakfast is poor.

It feels good. The front desk service is also very good. They will come at any time when you call them. They are also very thoughtful. They will also send some boiled water and help you open the door. The service is very good. I also like their front desk very much. The breakfast is good

The service is great. The location is also very close to the Asia Airport. But the room is a bit small.

You need a taxi to get to the airport! Please note that the normal meter fee is only RMB 40.50. Many drivers will cheat you and charge you RMB 200.300.

++The staff was helpful and kind to arrange me early check-in as I have connection flight and needed to spend 12 hours in hotel. Location is near the airport , so few minutes and you are there without wasting time in traffic. -- Breakfast was too cold.

Hotel semplice e senza troppe pretese, vicino all'aeroporto (quindi molto comodo, da questo punto di vista). La stanza e il bagno sono puliti ed essenziali. Il personale parla poco l'inglese e si fa un pò fatica a comunicare. La colazione è scadente, ma va bene per la sopravvivenza.
