Hotel located in a city center where is opposite to tourist points, and lot of famous restaurants nearby the hotels. Rooms are quite old and air conditions are a bit noisy but natural atmosphere was great, breakfast was nice even if it s very crowded in the morning! Staffs were very helpful and service-minds!

Located on the other side of the Bridge on the River Kwai, this hotel is ideal if you're looking for peace and quiet. The property boasts expansive grounds and a very large swimming pool. All the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay.

Good location , excellence service

A fantastic location overlooking the river Kwai within 5 minutes walk to the famous bridge leading to the main part of Kanchanaburi. The hotel is very spacious and spread out over 53 acres of landscaped gardens. Very peaceful and relaxing. The only minor downside is that there are a lot of steps to navigate which could cause problems for the elderly and/or disabled visitors. Apart from that, a great hotel.

The hotel is very old, definitely over 30 years. The bathroom curtains have mold on them, which is quite unpleasant. Overall, the room feels poorly maintained. I expected better standards for cleanliness.

The customer service at this hotel is excellent. The swimming pools are excellent. The food is very delicious but the prices are a bit higher than at restaurants outside the hotel. The rooms are good but they are becoming dated. The rooms' style is classic, which makes them somewhat dark with orange-tinted classic lighting. The staff will respond very quickly when you face problems such as issues with the cable TV. The buildings are surrounded by plants, trees, and small water features flowing around each building, so some insects, mosquitoes, and small animals can be found in your room. This hotel might not be suitable for elderly guests. There are multiple buildings that can make it confusing for seniors to find their way to the lobby. In addition, if seniors stay on the second floor, it may be difficult for them to walk up and down. If you and your group cannot get rooms close together—for example, if you are staying in three different buildings—it can be difficult to walk to your group members' rooms.

The hotel is spacious and relatively quiet, boasting a large swimming pool and a good variety of rooms. Traveling with family, we opted for a large suite. Overall, our stay was satisfactory. The main points for improvement would be the lack of warm water and the rather noisy air conditioning. Despite these minor issues, it offered good value for money.

The place was clean and quiet. The breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.

Thoroughly enjoyed. Quiet and that’s what I was looking for.

Lovely room. Great location. Nice pool area. Very quiet. Disappointed by the breakfast though, as there wasn't much choice. But that was the only negative.

The accommodation is good. The only downside is the poor phone signal.
