Echarm Stays in Kunming

The location is very good, quite close to kunming international airport. They provide free transportation from airport to the hotel. Even I arrived around 2am also managed to call and get the ride. The hotel lobby is very nice in design, modern and elegant. The room is also very nice at this price. Overall I would recommend the hotel and will come back again.

The front desk service was attentive, and the hotel facilities were complete, with laundry and a gym, which was very convenient. The location was excellent, with the Old Street nearby and Wuyi Square subway station within easy reach.

I extended my stay for another day, and in addition to the good service and cleanliness I mentioned before, I also used the laundry room today. It was great, with LG washer/dryers that automatically dispense detergent and disinfectant. However, some guests might be a bit inconsiderate and leave their laundry unattended for a long time after it's done. I suggest adding labels or a mobile notification feature.

This is my second time in Kunming, and I chose Echarm Hotel again. The experience was even better than last time! The hotel's location is super easy to find, and it's only about a ten to fifteen-minute drive to attractions like Yunnan Nationalities Village, Dianchi Lake, Haiyan Village, and the museum, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's also very quiet; at night, with the windows closed and the AC on, you barely hear any outside noise, so I slept wonderfully. The room was spotlessly clean, the carpet had no strange odors, and the bedding and towels were soft and comfortable. The large floor-to-ceiling window offered a lovely green view, which was very therapeutic. The facilities were complete and worked well; the toiletries had a pleasant scent, and even the disposable dental kit was of good quality. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very warm and friendly. They even proactively recommended the hotel's complimentary afternoon tea. The coffee is freshly ground, and with the ice machine, I could DIY an iced Americano that was super refreshing. There were also four or five kinds of exquisite small pastries, which tasted great. I genuinely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Kunming, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Plus, the front desk lady was beautiful and kind-hearted, really great, super gentle, and had fantastic service!

I highly recommend this Yishang Hotel for anyone traveling to Kunming! The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to MixC, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. The service is top-notch; the staff consistently checked in on my stay experience, were incredibly responsive to all my requests, and even proactively offered tons of useful local travel tips. They are so friendly to tourists! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable. I felt completely at ease and relaxed during my stay. You definitely can't go wrong choosing this place for your trip to Kunming!

Cost-effectiveness: When traveling, the first choice of accommodation is relatively cost-effective, and the environment is comfortable. His hotel is mid-range and a national chain, which is very reassuring. Hygiene: The hygiene of the room is what I care most about when staying in a hotel. When I arrived at the hotel and checked in, I felt more warm when entering the room. The hotel hygiene was also relatively clean and tidy, so I felt relieved to check in. I like the hotel.

The location is conveniently located with easy access to transportation and plenty of barbecue options nearby. In fact, there are plenty of food options all around, so you won't go hungry. The hotel is clean and the rooms are tidy; I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel breakfast was also good, with a wide selection, and I could eat my fill in a hygienic way. The front desk and room service staff were very welcoming and helpful, quickly addressing any requests. There's also parking available; it seems to be in the backyard since I didn't have a car. It's quite nice, and for the price, it's definitely worth it!
