Ramada by Wyndham Stays in Kunming

Not far from Kunming High-speed Railway Station, within walking distance. Located in the old town, it's very lively with plenty of food options. The hotel service was excellent, and I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows! The view from the higher floors was great. There's a laundry room, and the 15-minute quick wash was super convenient after a day out. Excellent value for money, it will be my first choice next time I visit Kunming!

This was the perfect hotel for me in Kunming. I gave the 6 out of 5 ratings for new, great, clean facilities and wonderful breakfast. But most of all I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Among them I want to highlight the hotel manager Zhou Chingmin who provided great checkin and orientation. I was not feeling well due to the high altitude and she was so kind to provide me with air cleaner and to inform me that they could find oxygen canister if I needed one. She was an example of customer care expert and I am very greaful for that.

The room was great, and the front desk staff was very enthusiastic. They even gave us a free room upgrade. The location is convenient, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
