After checking out, I realized I had misplaced a very precious vinyl record. I was quite distressed as this record held significant sentimental value for me. When I contacted the hotel, the staff not only diligently helped me search for it but also proactively communicated with the relevant departments, ultimately helping me retrieve my record.
Throughout the entire process, the staff were incredibly professional, patient, and responsible, which truly made me feel how much they care about and value their guests. Besides this touching assistance, the hotel itself was very comfortable, conveniently located, with clean rooms and excellent service.
Heartfelt thanks to the Trend Savoyen Vienna team for their outstanding service. This kind of stay is truly unforgettable, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Tthe solo traveler 3unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close.
the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.

GGuest UserI booked a family room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. They don't allow an additional child. The location is very close to the main train station, and you can also walk to Belvedere Palace. There's a bus stop near Belvedere Palace that's much more convenient than taking the subway, as it goes directly to all the popular attractions in the Old Town, like the Musikverein, Karlskirche, Hofburg, museums, and City Hall… I only discovered this on the day we left! 😅 I bought a 48-hour transport pass, which felt like a better deal than the City Card, as the latter mainly offers discounts on attractions that you might not even use. With the transport pass, taking the train from the main station to the airport only costs 2.2 euros (half price for children). It takes 16 minutes to get to the airport, and even without the pass, it's not expensive – if I remember correctly, it's 2.9 euros. The hotel offers almost no service; it's mainly self-service. Housekeeping is supposedly every four days. Since we only stayed for 2 nights, it was acceptable, but I imagine it would be a bit uncomfortable for a longer stay.

KKamila TusovaFor spending there just 1 night after long trip from Shanghai, it was perfect place for staying. The room was okay but breakfast excellent. All staff in the hotel was supportive and delivering very good service. And I recommend to enjoy view from 6th floor rooftop 😊👍

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a great location right opposite the train station and is only about 6–7 minutes from the metro station, plus the kitchen is well-equipped even though I didn’t use it. However, the room lighting is too dim, and in summer it gets quite warm — luckily there is a fan, but having to open the window (which faces an inner courtyard) lets in some insects (they don’t bite). The check-in process needs improvement: the self-check-in machine didn’t work properly, resetting to the home page after filling in all details, which wasted a lot of time, and I eventually had to download their app to complete check-in and payment — it’s very inconvenient for guests, and although they seem to want a smart check-in system, the machine doesn’t support it well, so I would recommend going back to manual check-in instead.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the main train station, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. When we arrived, KLM had lost our luggage, and when I told the front desk lady, she was incredibly kind. She gave us lots of toiletries, slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, and even told us where to buy emergency clothes. She was super enthusiastic! The room was a bit small for two people, but considering the cheap price, it was still great value for money.

FFEIBecause I lived in a hotel in Europe for the first time, I was accustomed to the domestic habits and did not bring slippers. As a result, the restaurant did not provide it. Without the converter, the result was not provided by the restaurant, so I bought a difference of 12.9 euros. Ok! If you live in a European hotel, you must bring the necessary items, otherwise you will have a bad point. The distance from the Schönbrunn Palace is not there, but there is no breakfast shop. We had to go to the Golden Arch in one subway station and then to the Schönbrunn Palace in the subway. The hotel is very quiet, the morning is the window, wake us up.

XXinglinccOn a motorcycle trip through Europe, I passed through Vienna and found a hotel that offered great value for money. Since I was traveling solo, I kept things simple. The cleanliness was good, and the service was exceptionally friendly! The front desk staff spoke fluent English and, surprisingly, even quite a bit of Chinese, which made them incredibly welcoming! I wasn't aware the hotel had parking, so my motorcycle unfortunately got a ticket. The front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically guided me on how to deal with it. A huge thank you to them! There's no air conditioning, but they provided a portable air cooler. It was a little noisy, but it definitely kept the room cool!

GGuest UserIt was nice stay at this place, most importantly 15 minutes walk from Central station and also Metro and Tram stations are 3 minutes away. Most importantly lots of food options available specially for people who are looking for Halal food, this area was good to find most of austrian food in Halal version. In the room everything was available, except extra sheets which I didn't find good and also no reception to contact in case you need something. Also only self check-in is possible and that also at 2pm and not a minute before which I found a bit strange. But overall I had a nice experience here and also Bed was huge for 2 people. The room I was staying was a bit warm, and it was just 18C, it would be better if any AC or Fan was available if you are staying in peak summer when temperature would be 30C. Overall good place if you are in a budget.

The small apartment had a slightly uncomfortable bed, but the bathroom had excellent shower pressure and temperature.
We were slightly inconvenienced upon arrival because the room we had been assigned smelled of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited. The cleaning staff was going to clean it again, but we asked if we could move. They immediately moved us to a slightly smaller room, but we were better served.
The kitchen in the new room didn't work; one burner wasn't working, and the other was even broken.
But since we had already moved in and only noticed it late at night, we didn't want to ask them again. There was no Wi-Fi.
The staff was very friendly and quick.
