Second time I go to Atrium and really is excellent, quality service and very beautiful and quiet place, the night place is sensational! The only thing that doesn't worth the price is food, which was the time I wanted to give a second chance for a restaurant (we were disappointed for the first time) but the fish was out of the point again. Moreover, it seems that green smell is considered as vegetables and not as temperament ... The smell was well made, but, full of green smell, changed the taste of food. But it was all right!

Minha experiência durante a hospedagem poderia ter sido melhor. O sanitário precisa de melhorias, assim como o café da manhã, que achei com poucas opções e precisa ser mais completo. Também gostaria de destacar que o atendimento e a cordialidade na recepção deixaram a desejar. Espero que essas observações sejam consideradas para melhorar a experiência dos próximos hóspedes.

The hotel is very good, perfect location, a large and well-organised room. I stayed for two days, I stayed hosted to take a course. When I arrived at the hotel I could always study a little more, because the table and the chair that the room has are excellent, and I liked the minibar that the room has. One point of attention was the air conditioner that seemed old because it was making a lot of noise.

Very comfortable and organized, super educated and requested staff, I thank you too, because I needed help with some personal issues and helped me with attention, also gave to realize care also with the room and bathroom, I found small 😅 but nothing that catches the routine, I found super comfortable and modern, clean and organized, quiet environment, excellent breakfast and well varied, my experience was great, sure I would like to return! I found the hotel with a good cost benefit, but I had a problem with the use of the safe, where it was not working, so I believe that before you give your room to the guest, everything must be checked. And they should be more capriching in cleaning.

Due to language barrier, I had a bad impression on their communication as they didn’t respond to my request for checking in much later than the check in time ( 12:00 -18:00 ) stated on the booking. However when I got to the property staff were there waiting to receive me very friendly and checked me in very quickly. The room was so comfortable, clean and beautiful especially the cute round bed that the first time I have ever seen in my life. The property is within walking distance from the tourist attractions.
