Well-located hotel, close to the airport, facing the Boa Viagem waterfront, clean facilities, pleasant pool area, fully equipped gym, polite and helpful staff, as well as a wonderful breakfast full of options for all tastes. I recommend it.

O Mar Hotel faz jus ao preço que cobra. Sem dúvidas é uma das melhores acomodações que você vai encontrar no Recife. Acredito que também tenha o melhor café da manhã e os melhores serviços. Para quem está chegando ou saindo do aeroporto, ele também é bem rápido de chegar e sair. O único ponto negativo que vejo foi an internet, que poderia ser um pouco mais rápida e com melhor sinal.

Well located hotel with excellent breakfast and very good service, especially the person who makes the omelets, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in Bras and one of the elevators was not working and there was a wait. I recommend the hotel for the attention and hospitality.

Só fiquei 01 noite por conta de conexão. Bem localizado para o que eu precisava (próximo ao aeroporto), não tive tempo de tomar café, quarto pequeno e simples. Bom atendimento. Para a minha necessidade, tudo certo.

A pleasant and wide room, a clean bathroom, towels are exchanged every day. Unfortunately breakfast left unwanted, little option. The collaborators are very careful.

Nice modern building with modern, small rooms. Air conditioning works well and is still quiet but outdoors are all generators and it is a very noisy brush. The rooms are very bright. The bed is super but the bed layer always slips off because it is only loose on it. The beach is right in front of it. That's super! The pool is very small and is negligible. Breakfast is very good and versatile. Nice staff! The hotel is not sensitive to noise. i.

The room hygiene is the best I have traveled to Brazil so far, the dinner is very good, the price is reasonable, and the music is very pleasant. When I finally left the hotel, the hotel said that the airport was free, but the driver had to give me money. I didn't have change at the time and didn't give it. He was very unhappy. I stayed here for the rest of the night after my 3am flight arrival in REC, almost as close as an airport hotel but much nicer! 24h check-in, very nice breakfast buffet 6-10 am (included in room rate), and a wonderful sea view (sun rise!) were perfect. Room, bathroom were very good value for money.

The Vela Branca hotel, part of the Andrade chain, offers good value for money, but some important aspects need to be improved. The apartments are cleaned satisfactorily, but the outdoor areas leave something to be desired (see photos attached). The building's security is another aspect that needs to be improved, because many homeless people hang out around the hotel, but there is no security professional in the vicinity or at the reception, which makes guests feel insecure and afraid.
