"I was recently happy to enjoy a really wonderful experience in a hotel in the city, and since I arrived, I was received with a warm smile by the careful and performing team. The hotel was perfect and easy to access. The reception team was always ready to provide useful information about tourist points, restaurants and local events. In general, my experience in the hotel was really wonderful. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience in the city."
"Our stay was perfect! We were my husband and I to celebrate 24 years of marriage and it was all within the expectation. Hotel with excellent location, reception with a wonderful smell in the environment, extremely educated staff, a cool room, very comfortable bed, tired and wonderful breakfast and the best of all, which heated my heart, the team Guest Relations left mimos for us in the room, due to the wedding anniversary. I'll come back and recommend!"
"I enjoyed the easy access, a pensioned real estate, with everything new. New bed linen and bathroom.
The hotel has a large number of rooms and is very comfortable and comfortable. Maybe a sandwich. A bottle of wine available, even if it is clean. There is no water nearby. Buy before check-in. I would be nearby baking walking a square on the same street, but on the other side of the street. Looking through the window, stands right, a square.
Service: all right. Even the second cover I asked for was available and I used it."

"The hotel is in a very good location, near the supermarket, butterflies, bakery, pharmacy. The hotel's food is excellent and accommodation.

"I love this hotel. The highlight is the staff, always friendly and welcoming. In addition to being delicious, the breakfast was accompanied by a sensational pianist (Léo Ramos). The size and comfort of the room is another difference. Additionally, hotels use olfactory marketing, taking advantage of aromas that can be smelled before entering the hotel lounge."

Amazing
MMikhail IumashevThe hotel On Melo Alves pleasantly surprised me from the very first moments of my stay. It’s a modern and very cozy accommodation option located in one of the best areas of São Paulo.
I especially liked the atmosphere — calm, comfortable, and stylish at the same time. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a contemporary design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room kitchenette, equipped with appliances and utensils, is particularly convenient, especially for longer visits. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained.
The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and Avenida Paulista is within easy walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and is very pleasant for walking around.
I would also like to highlight the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. You can really feel their attention to guests and their desire to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for convenience, quality, and a great location. I would gladly return again.
AAnonymous UserThe rooftop view is fantastic, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. The neighborhood is safe, and there's a convenient buffet restaurant downstairs. There's also a gym on the 13th floor with comprehensive facilities. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't provide breakfast; you'll need to buy it yourself.
GGuest Uservery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!
FFenglimimaThe overall experience of the hotel is good, the health is good, the room is clean and tidy, the infrastructure is complete and the use is normal. The location is convenient to travel, the service attitude is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out efficiency is high. Sound insulation and bedding are more comfortable, the price is moderate, and there is no obvious slot. All aspects of performance are quite satisfactory, to meet the needs of travel and accommodation, overall satisfaction, it is recommended.
II read reviews before choosing hotelsLiked:
• wonderful front desk personel , restaurant staff, waiters/waitresses, baggage handlers, super helpful!
• excellent bed, shower, sheets, towels.
• great breakfast buffet.
Dislike:
• the bathroom sink needs a better aerator on the faucet to control the flow so that it doesn’t spray outside of the sink.
• the water in the pool didn’t seem to be constantly filtered. There were small debris and bugs on top.
XXumidedenghouaiThe price/performance ratio of the hotel is very good. The downside is that it is close to the airport and the noise is a bit loud. The bed sheets are not very clean. The breakfast is relatively simple, especially the scrambled eggs, which are full of water and not tasty.
GGuest UserI stayed at Wyndham São Paulo Ibirapuera Convention Plaza Hotel twice during my trip (April 3–8 and April 10–11), and overall, this was a very mixed experience. I’m an international traveller so I would say I have my fair share of seeing all sides to a hotel. To be a 4 star hotel and to charge premium rates, I would expect certain things.
Let’s start with the positive to the hotel -
The location is excellent. From the hotel across there is a shopping mall, which makes it extremely convenient for food, shopping, and daily necessities.
• Cleanliness is generally acceptable. Aside from one incident, (on my first night, I found red stain marks which looks like lipstick on my sheets, took a photo and alerted receptionist the next morning for a change of sheets.
• Room size is spacious and comfortable. I stayed in the “ superior room” and the junior suite.
The issues (and they are significant):
1. Misleading room expectations
The room I received looked noticeably older and more worn than the photos online. Doors, bathroom condition, and overall finishing did not match what was advertised. It felt misleading. This hotel definitely need a glow up.
2. Poor service & lack of flexibility
Service was the biggest disappointment.
• Staff were generally not proactive or solution-oriented.
• I made a booking error via Trip.com and tried to adjust the dates. Both the platform and hotel refused to help or offer alternatives.
• Even a simple late check-out request (which I informed them about in advance and was willing to pay for) was declined without much effort to accommodate. I wasn’t also asking for hours just a mere 2 hours so that I can go to the city to pick up some stuff before my long haul 32hours flight.
4. Billing inconsistencies – check your charges carefully
• I was initially charged for 2 minibar items when I only consumed 1. I manage to catch this on time before paying for it.
• Laundry count was incorrect (11 pieces sent, billed for 12). Receipts and explanations were unclear, and I’m still not fully confident everything was billed correctly.
5. Missing basic amenities (unexpected for this level)
• No iron or ironing board available
• No kettle / hot water in the room
• No complimentary drinking water
• Everything must be purchased separately
6. Language barrier for international guests
Not all staff speak English, which can make communication difficult if you’re not Portuguese-speaking.
Overall verdict: This hotel is convenient but not service-oriented.
If you are Brazilian or familiar with local expectations, you may find it acceptable. But as an international traveler, the experience falls short—especially in service, transparency, and attention to detail.
Would I return?
Probably not, unless location is the only priority.
CCHENGGUOHotel location is OK, there is no subway around, about 120 rials from GRU airport. Hotel health is better, breakfast did not have time to eat and left, I do not know how. There is a daily self-service buffet at the door, the taste is OK, the price is also cheap, and the convenience stores and snacks are also available. The hotel has a car park for business families.
AAnonymous UserThis stay at Gran Villa was great! The room was clean and elegant, and the facilities were complete and thoughtful. The food was rich and delicious, I really recommend it! There is an Italian food street next to it, which is very good.
