"Very satisfied! Going skiing, this hotel is right next to the cable car, very convenient. The room looks newly renovated, the service is very good, cleaning every day, will help to put away the bed frame and start the dishwasher. Although the bed is put away, it is very convenient to put it down, the mattress is also suitable, and the sofa is also a bed. In theory, more people can sleep. After the space is reserved, the kitchen area is increased. The kitchen facilities are very complete, including stoves, toasters, refrigerators and even dishwashers. Cooking is no problem! Although the room is not big, there is a fireplace, and the noise is not loud. It is a very satisfactory stay!"
"This place was awesome! Me and a buddy stopped by for layover in Vancouver and the staff are so friendly and accommodating, they let us store our luggage easily and trrated us great. The manager is a great guy too. Josh was great too, and he totally deserves a free beer."
"This Whistler resort offers an exceptionally convenient location with quick, effortless access to both the village and the gondola station. While the rooms and facilities are overall good enough to provide a comfortable stay, it is worth noting that the south tower is showing its age a bit more than the newer north tower. For leisure, guests can enjoy casual fun at the small heated pool and hot tub on-site.
When it comes to pricing, visitors should anticipate extra costs at checkout; the $37 CAD gated self-parking fee combined with resort charges adds up to an additional $90 CAD or so. Despite these extra fees, the property ultimately delivers great value for money. The experience is further elevated by Whistler itself, which serves as a spectacular, scenic destination—particularly on a sunny day. Purchasing an Alpine ticket is highly recommended, as it seamlessly covers the uphill gondola, the famous Peak 2 Peak gondola, and the chairlift to the very top, capping off a wonderful mountain getaway."
"Both the service and cleanliness were excellent. The front desk staff were also very helpful. As for the parking, it's in a great location and you can use it even before check-in time. The price is also comparable to public parking, especially if you calculate it for a full day's rental."
"Conveniently located a few steps away from the Whistler Gondola. Rent your ski gear from the Can Ski store located at the ground floor and you can easily drop off/pick up your skis at their valet.
Our suite has a kitchenette and dining table so it was easy to eat breakfast in our room before heading off to ski. There is a grocery store a 5 min walk away.
The fireplace in our suite was nice and we used it quite often. The hot water in the shower was almost instantly available which we appreciated. The hotel is a little dated but has everything we need. I highly recommend the Japanese restaurant, Ka Ze, located at the hotel. Reservations recommended."
"Location was a bit far from main area. You'll need a car or take a bus ride.
The front desk/receptionist didn't tell me that we could park anywhere on the RIGHT side of the entrance gate at the check-in. We used the room key to open the left side of the entrance gate, which didn't open at all. After many times failed and finally, they call the maintenance person, and he told us that we could've parked anywhere on the right side of the entrance gate which front desk person didn't tell us at all. So that was frustrating, and it took us 1 hour to figure out.
The room was very clean and nice. We forgot toothpaste, but they brought it to us happily when we asked. so that was very delightful."
"The room is a spacious loft unit. Its prime location in Whistler Village means the gondola is just a short walk away. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, milk, and hot water available 24/7. While breakfast isn't included, the front desk provides complimentary grab-and-go granola bars. Please note that parking is an additional $32 USD per day."
"This time, I stayed in a duplex room, and the overall sense of space and design was truly excellent. It was very comfortable to live in, and the view was great. However, the only slight drawback was that due to the duplex layout, the air conditioning didn't seem to circulate well to the upper floor, making it feel quite stuffy when sleeping upstairs. I suggest the hotel consider adding a circulating fan upstairs or enhancing the air conditioning system in the future, then the overall stay experience would be perfect!"
"They offered free breakfast, and it was incredibly rich – fresh fruits, too! It would have been even more perfect with some vegetables. The hotel service, as always, was excellent, and the facilities are tastefully classic and understatedly luxurious. This is my fourth visit, and honestly, besides the price, there's absolutely nothing to complain about!"
"The hotel's location is right in the town center, making it convenient to get everywhere. It's also far enough from the main bars in town, so it's quite quiet at night. The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel lobby had a lovely, resort-like atmosphere. The room wasn't very spacious; after fitting two 1.5-meter beds, there wasn't much room left. I do have to complain about the hairdryer in the room – it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages."

AAnonymous UserThis might be the cheapest Four Seasons I've ever stayed at, so it gets full marks! The sofa can be converted into a double bed, which is more than enough space for two kids. They even provided extra pillows and a double duvet. Upon check-in, we received a welcome card and some desserts. My only minor complaint is that the Caucasian front desk lady didn't proactively offer toys to my children. I had to ask twice, and she only gave them out the second time after checking other people's reviews, which was a bit disappointing. Also, I was surprised the room didn't have a Dyson hairdryer – even the pool areas have Dyson, so the rooms should too! The toiletries didn't smell very good. The bar on the first floor is excellent, highly recommended!
GGuest UserThe hotel is at a very convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a lodge with 5 persons. The room is very good which is spacious and clean. It’s our first time to go to Whistler in Summer and the hotel is good to be re-considered for our next stay.
__WeChat57294****The price-performance ratio is acceptable for summer travel; around $2000 per night is reasonable. The location is excellent, with the Peak 2 Peak cable car right downstairs, making it convenient for dining and shopping in town. The service staff are very friendly. The extra $30 for parking per night is a bit of a rip-off. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can buy groceries at the town supermarket to cook your own meals. The hotel offers a 10% discount coupon for shopping, which is a good deal. There's a hot tub on the rooftop, perfect for taking Instagram-worthy photos, but you must book in advance. Call early at 9 am, otherwise the prime evening time slots will be booked very quickly.
GGuest UserThe environment is nice and comfortable. The two bedrooms and one living room are spacious and clean. The living room has air conditioning and all the cooking utensils are complete. Overall, it's a good stay, but the mattress is a little too soft and the bedroom lacks air conditioning, which can make it a bit warm in the middle of the night. There are several restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it convenient for buying daily necessities.
GGuest UserI stayed in Room 203, which was spacious and featured a relaxing Jacuzzi and a cozy fireplace with a beautiful mountain view. The kitchenette was well-equipped with cutlery, though the air conditioning unit was in a bit of an odd spot directly beside the headboard. While the hotel’s location is a plus—being tucked away from the main village noise and offering easy access to bus stops and Evo e-bike parking—the soundproofing within the building was a significant drawback. Because the room is located next to the housekeeping station and near the elevators, I could clearly hear staff working early in the morning, as well as hallway conversations and neighbors operating their Jacuzzi. I could even hear full conversations coming from some rooms while I was waiting for the elevator in the hallway. Additionally, for a 4-star property, I expected more amentities to be provided more than 3-star proper, e.g. slippers and things. And though the bed is soft, but somehow it’s not comfy for my body.
HHasitaiguojiagongyuanyangguozhongThe room was spacious and included a sofa bed. The fireplace kept the room warm and cozy. The parking lot was large and convenient, and the service was excellent.
GGuest UserBeautiful room, full kitchen ,stove, oven, big refrigerator ,coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dish washer, big tub, large dinning room table, air condition was on and room cool, refrigerator was on and cool. Was our 3 year wedding anniversary they brought a basket of goodies for us.They have gated under ground parking so I did not have to worry about our corvette.lots of closets and storage spaces.beautiful pool and hot tub.great location .I can go on and on about how wonderful it is.We will be back would like to stay forever there ,and live in the place 🤣🥰
GGuest UserLocation was great, paid parking but had enough spots. Older facility but clean. Weird not having daily cleaning services but only there two nights.
GGuest UserI understand this is a budget hotel, but I wish it had been clearer that there would be no housekeeping at all during the stay—not even bed-making or basic cleaning. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, although it’s marketed as a hotel.
Unfortunately, I also had a strong allergic reaction to the bed, which made it really hard to sleep. The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even when turned off, there was still a constant noise coming from somewhere—possibly the ventilation system, but I couldn't tell for sure. There was also quite a bit of traffic noise from the nearby road (could be a highway).
That said, the room was spacious and had a small table to work at, which was convenient. The kitchenette was clean and functional, and the bathroom was in good condition. The closet space was also good (note that I traveled by myself).
GGuest UserThe management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
