The room was clean and odor-free, and the location was convenient. Check-in was self-service as there's no front desk. It's about a 15-minute walk to the train station, or even quicker by taking just two stops on public transport. Overall, it was quite good. Can't think of anything else.

Great value for money. The front desk staff, especially a gentleman, was very enthusiastic and even communicated with me in Chinese. The hotel's breakfast selection was quite good too. The location is convenient for transportation, and if you're driving, there are parking spaces on level -1 of the hotel. Parking costs 27 euros per day.

Totally recommend it. The amenities are great, everything is cleaned regularly and its location is great. The capsules are what you need and it feels really safe since there is a code for the room of the capsules and another code for the capsule itself. The check in was smooth and the staff is really professional as well.
Moreover, I would like to add that my passport was stolen and although originally I couldn’t obtain a refund, they decided to help me and change the dates so I could stay in the hostel. Lovely staff and lovely place. It was my first time in a hostel and I loved it

The location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic! Staying on the side facing Lake Lucerne meant we had stunning lake and snow-capped mountain views right from our balcony. The room was super clean and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserFacilities: Beyond expectations. Each room is named after a place in Switzerland, and the decor varies accordingly. The room was spacious with many windows, offering views of the train station, the bustling market, and snow-capped mountains in the distance. The corner space was very cozy, and the toilet and bathroom were large.
Cleanliness: Very clean, with no overlooked spots. There was also a beautiful orchid in the room.
Service: The front desk staff were exceptionally gentle and friendly. They proactively and thoughtfully explained how to access water and where to drink it. The mini-bar was free, and upon check-in, we were even given extra bottled mineral water in glass bottles.
Environment: The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the train station, so no worries about carrying heavy luggage. All major city attractions are within walking distance, and the surrounding neighborhood is very pleasant.

PPENGThe pictures are all views from the window. See the beautiful scenery of Lake Lucerne. Because it is this, we evaluate 5 stars. The hotel is 4 stars in size and has the same facilities as the domestic express hotel. The room is quite large in Switzerland. The balcony is very nice to see the lake. It takes 8 or 9 minutes to get to the lake. There are more places to eat around, and the bus is still close. Go to the hotel to take the little cable car. The breakfast variety is too small, 30 Swiss francs a person, it is really cheaper, it is the simplest breakfast in the entire Swiss itinerary. The breakfast restaurant can see the lake, it is still good. The overall layout of the hotel is very good, people like it very much, the hotel service is also very good. Specifically, the hotel has a shuttle bus, saying that it can only be sent to the bus station from the hotel, and then take the bus to the train station. The driver actually sent us directly to the train station that day, touching. Lucerne is not big, the hotel location is OK, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

BBingbingle、Big shoutout to Kilian! We checked in late at night, and luckily, we met Kilian, who was so warm, gentlemanly, and kind. He spoke a bit slower, probably to make sure we understood everything, and he was patient and smiling throughout our entire interaction. His attitude was excellent! He even greeted us proactively whenever we saw him.
The hotel itself is decent; the rooms are quite spacious, which is nice. However, the facilities are a bit old; the floor in our room creaked when we walked on it.
The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, not much to choose from, and the taste was pretty average.

ZZackoechoLocation was right beside the train station, making it easy to get in and out of the town. The main streets were also walkable, mostly within 20mins. It can get rather noisy at night due to the bar nearby, but the hotel did provide earplugs to help with the potential noise issue. There is no air-conditioning in the room we booked and we had to rely on the outside air, which was still rather cold so that was not a major issue. The lift is of the typical old European style, so travellers with huge luggage may find it inconvenient when taking the lift.

So I stayed dekat ibis Hotel Lucerne for 12 days 11 nights with my family and honestly I can say tempat ni sangat strategic.
Bas jalan sikit je depan hotel, nak balik pun boleh naik bas, and train station pun dekat. Kami usually naik bas 2 stops terus sampai Luzern Bahnhof, memang senang gila nak bergerak.
Location hotel ni betul-betul area tengah Tasik Luzern, and the view… cantik gila 😭✨ Kalau tak berkabus musim winter tu, MasyaAllah memang breathtaking. Boleh nampak gunung-ganang surrounding, and yes you can literally see the Alps, plus yang paling gah kat bandar tu mestilah Mount Pilatus 🏔️
Cuma satu je pasal Lucerne, halal food options memang tak banyak. Tapi no worries sebab my family memang selalu ke Zurich, Bern, and other places untuk makan, so still okay 👍
Hotel service memang top tier for our stay. Diorang bagi free train & bus tickets yang cover Zone 10 (Lucerne city only). Kami guna mostly dalam sehari je sebab most of our itinerary dah cover whole Switzerland, but still sangat helpful.
Room pun luas gila, tak kecik langsung macam yang orang selalu expect dari ibis hehe 🤍
Overall memang recommended kalau stay lama kat Lucerne with family ✨🇨🇭
