"This hotel is a real gem! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, and they even upgraded my room and included breakfast. The room itself was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright, with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the restaurant was quite large. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Santing Night Market, and while you need a taxi to get to the Trade City, I realized after arriving that hotels within walking distance of Districts 1-6 for shopping were hard to come by. So, choosing Mercure was a fantastic decision! I was so happy that I immediately extended my stay for another night. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea, and the soundproofing in the room is excellent."

"My friend was visiting Yiwu for a business trip, and as his host, I booked this hotel for him. It's not expensive, but it's presentable and didn't make me lose face. The hotel's hygiene is good, and the amenities are complete, especially the breakfast, which was excellent. A big plus is the free coffee available in the lobby on the first floor. The service from the lobby staff also left me very satisfied. I usually don't like leaving reviews, but since this hotel is conveniently located right next to Santing Night Market in the business district, and also close to my home, I honestly have to give it a good rating. I'll definitely use this hotel again to host my friends from out of town."

"Facilities: To be honest, the decor looks quite trendy, but the carpets and such felt a bit old and worn. Hygiene: Because it was old, it didn't feel very clean. I started sneezing as soon as I entered the room. Later, when I went to a nearby mall, I suspect it was due to plush toys, and my rhinitis flared up. Environment: It's directly opposite Yiwu Heart, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was pretty good, probably because it was a weekend. The room, however, felt a bit small. Service: The service was excellent. They arranged a room away from the street for us and provided disposable toiletries and slippers for the child. Any issues were addressed very quickly."

The high-end graphics card paired with a 240Hz high-refresh-rate screen made games like League of Legends, CS2, and even demanding AAA titles run buttery smooth, with zero frame drops or lag during team fights. The dedicated esports internet line was incredibly stable with super low latency – no more getting disconnected at crucial moments and letting my teammates down. The magnetic switch keyboard, professional gaming mouse, and sound-isolating headphones felt great to use; I could hear every single footstep clearly. The ergonomic gaming chair was super supportive, I could sit in it all day without my back hurting. I have to praise the cleanliness! The room had no smoke smell or any other odors. The desk, keyboard, and mouse were all wiped clean. The bedding was fresh for every guest, soft and clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with plenty of hot water. The blackout curtains provided great soundproofing, so after a long gaming session, I could lie down and sleep peacefully. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was fast, and they were very responsive to our needs. When one of our peripherals had an issue late at night, a staff member came to fix it within minutes. The room lighting created a fantastic ambiance, really enhancing the gaming atmosphere. The location is also convenient for getting around. The value for money here is just outstanding. Next time my friends and I game together, we're definitely coming back. Esports players, don't even think twice, just book this place!"

"It is a solid spot for a short stay! Biggest win was the location. it was stupid easy to find and you can literally walk to the metro from the hotel. The mall is like a two-minute walk, which was perfect when I wanted to do shopping . Didn’t spend much time in the room, but it was bit clean, bed was comfy, and the Wi-Fi worked. Exactly what I needed: a convenient crash pad that didn’t make getting around a project. If you need a no-fuss place to sleep and shower between adventures or meetings, this’ll do the trick. No regrets!"

"I booked this room for a guest, and they said they were quite satisfied. Mainly, it's very close to District 1 of the Trade City, which made it convenient for them to check out goods. They also found it comfortable and relaxing to sit in the 7th-floor lobby afterwards, enjoying the free fruits and snacks – a really thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic, helping the guest with information about the surrounding area and promptly resolving any issues. Next time the guest comes, I'll definitely choose this hotel for them again!"

"I booked room 9005, which is directly opposite elevator 1, making it super convenient to go up and down with the key card. The room is quite spacious; the outer area has dark gray tiles, and the inner room has light yellow and white flooring, which is a very pleasant color scheme. The room itself is very clean and tidy, and the bathroom is also quite large. By the entrance, there's a shoe-changing bench integrated with a shoe rack, and by the window, there's a sofa and a table. The room's soundproofing is good; I barely heard any outside noise while sleeping. Breakfast is on the 13th floor (top floor) and ends at 10 AM. You can also hang your laundry in the laundry room while you're there for breakfast. The breakfast selection is pretty good; I recommend the rice noodles. The front desk service was also quite good; they even gave my child a small gift when we checked out. The only thing that needs improvement is the hairdryer's power; it took ages to dry my long hair. The hotel is also very close to the Santing Road Night Market, and taking a taxi to various places usually costs around 13-18 RMB, which is very convenient."

"The service at the hotel was top notch. When I had an issue with the toilet, I went down to the reception to complain and before I got upstairs, it was already being fixed. Breakfast was good, its environment is very ideal due to the fact that the Yiwu international market is a walking distance from the hotel, there are a lot of shops, restaurants and spas in the vicinity. The staff were also very pleasant. I wouldn’t forget to note the free popcorn given at the hotel. By the way, there is also a 100 yuan gift voucher for spa treatment if any guest is interested. The spa is a few blocks away from the hotel. Kudos to the excellent service! Despite the fact that the towels and bedsheets were very clean, I would suggest that these are checked often because one of the pillow cases in my room was burnt by an iron. Also a towel placed in my room had holes. There is always room for improvement and I believe the management will address this quickly."
