I was very satisfied with my stay. I came here for an exam and was exhausted after a long day, so when I walked into the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable service. The front desk staff were quick and polite, and they did their best to accommodate my request for a quiet room.
The room itself was incredibly clean and faced an inner road, making it very quiet. The facilities were also new, and the lighting could be adjusted to different brightness levels in various zones.
They provided eight bottles of water, but unfortunately, one of them had its seal broken, so I was hesitant to drink it. Also, the soundproofing of the door wasn't great, and I could hear some noise from the hallway, though it wasn't a big issue.
Overall, I was very pleased with this experience. The room was spacious, and the service was much better and more modern than the hotel near Tengwang Pavilion. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was clean and tidy, the details were handled in place, there was no dust in the corner, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. I stayed here on my first day in Nanchang. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and the fact that it's an established five-star hotel. It's only 200 meters from Shengjin Tower and 300 meters from the subway station, making it very easy to get around. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so they're using a temporary lobby, but the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. I stayed for two nights and found it super convenient to get to the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, Wanshou Palace, and Tengwang Pavilion—they were just two subway stops away. Downstairs, there are also local restaurants serving authentic Jiangxi cuisine, as well as lamb spine hotpot and spicy crayfish, among other delicious options. It was really convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's just a shame I forgot to take photos during my two-day stay.

The hotel service was absolutely top-notch! From the moment we checked in until we checked out, every single staff member was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. The room facilities were very new, with a smart toilet and a large TV that were both a breeze to use. The price/performance ratio of the hotel is really amazing! Although the price is close to the people, the experience is far beyond expectations. The location is in the city center, within walking distance to popular business districts and food courts, it is super convenient to find food and go shopping. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding and towels were all with a faint fragrance and no smell. The shower water temperature is just right, the water flow is sufficient, and the washing is very comfortable. The staff is enthusiastic and proactive, and will take the initiative to help when they see the luggage. They also recommend a cost-effective local restaurant, which is worth coming again!

Xxiwei123An absolutely fantastic experience! First off, the facilities are quite comprehensive. Beyond the usual hotel amenities, they also provide laundry detergent and chargers, and there were fresh lilies in the room! Besides breakfast, they offer afternoon tea and late-night snacks, all of which were high-quality, not just an afterthought. The front desk staff were also lovely, greeting me every time I came and went. You can pick up yogurt, tea, and fruit at the front desk, and they even helped me get a package delivered to my room when they saw me waiting for it. You can do laundry and work out here. I got oil on my clothes late at night, and the hotel took them and returned them to my room early the next morning. I stay in hotels frequently, and I've never experienced such excellent service at this price point! Seriously recommend! My only minor complaint is that the bathroom doesn't have a retractable clothesline. Also, a small suggestion: when housekeeping cleans, they don't need to put items back in their original spots. I moved the vase to use the large table, and the cleaning lady moved it back.

The hotel offers a well-equipped fitness center, which I made use of during my stay. It’s not a full gym, but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. The business center and meeting rooms also looked professional and seemed perfect for business guests. Complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and stable throughout my stay.

The complimentary breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes. Plenty of hot water, and you can see the Ganjiang River and a side view of Tengwang Pavilion right from the bedside – beautiful views at different times of the day. You can easily walk to many major popular attractions from here, and there are tons of food options nearby. Choosing this place was a really smart move! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a good variety of dishes that tasted pretty good too.

This stay far exceeded my expectations; if I had to describe it in one word, it would be 'breathtaking.'
First, I have to rave about the river view! The room offered an unparalleled vista, directly facing the wide river. Watching the sparkling river during the day instantly lifted my spirits, and at night, it was simply a visual feast.
What impressed me most was the night view across the river. As dusk settled, the buildings on the opposite bank lit up magnificently. The dazzling lights reflected in the water, creating what looked like a flowing galaxy.
The hotel service was also incredibly thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a peaceful sleep after enjoying the beautiful scenery.

JJason Zhou WSLocation: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view!
Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb.
Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~
Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from.
Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)
