An Amazing stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and perfect location. Everything was just right—would definitely come back! This hotel truly felt like a home away from home. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, always greeting with a smile. The lobby offers plenty of complimentary snacks and drinks, including ice cream! Awesome! The room and bathroom are both spacious, but you have to step into the jacuzzi to shower, which is inconvenient as I don't take baths. There are no steps to climb into the tub. I slept in and missed breakfast, so I can't comment on its quality. It's 3.3 km from Zuoying HSR Station.

Pros: The hotel is incredibly close to Kaohsiung Station, just a four or five-minute walk away. This is super convenient for anyone traveling without a car and relying primarily on public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful, always enthusiastic to assist with any issues. Their service definitely enhanced the overall experience. Cons: The soundproofing is really poor. You can hear almost everything happening on the entire floor, whether it's from nearby rooms or further down the hall. It seemed like the guests at this hotel were quite late-nighters; people were still moving around, showering, and using the restroom well past midnight. This would be a problem for light sleepers. Also, there are quite a few rooms on each floor, but only one elevator. During peak hours, you might have to wait a little while. Overall Impression: Overall, my rating is still on the positive side. If I'm ever in Kaohsiung alone again and prioritize convenient transportation, I would definitely consider staying here again. Hotel brief: The ground floor has the reception area and a few sofas for lounging; the second floor houses the restaurant and hot spring area; and all floors from the third upwards are guest rooms, with bathroom facilities on each floor.

Because of bugs at home, we needed to thoroughly disinfect the place, so I booked a temporary hotel for my family. However, since we had bugs at home, we had to leave, but I didn't expect the hotel to have cockroaches too! 🤣 But the price was reasonable and the location was good, so for that price, it was pretty good.

The twin room was very comfortable and clean. They also have a water dispenser, which is a nice touch. A big plus is the parking lot next door (though it costs extra). Even better, it's just a short walk to Liuhe Night Market, and there are souvenir shops nearby, making it super convenient. You might see these two photos because the hotel made me sign a form stating that if I stained their bedding or smoked, I'd be charged $500-$1000.

Disappointed is about the noises caused by unruly neigbouring guests late at night.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff with guidance and took time to explain rules of Taiwan now that does not provide toiletries such as any type of oral hygiene tools anymore but they do still ask if we needed them and gave us without any second of thought. I thought this gesture was lovely, however only that the location of the hotel is not as ideal but I can also understand as Kaohsiung have yet to be that much of an accessible place unlike Taipei yet. PS: they give out free of charge unlimited TAIWAN snacks and beverages that can be taken from the front desk too!

Liuhe Night Market is nearby, with lots of delicious food. Service: The service was excellent. I thought the breakfast was very delicious and suited my taste perfectly. I would choose this place again if I go to Kaohsiung next time.

The room was bigger than I expected. You'll need to bring your own toiletries like toothbrushes. When checking in, remember to confirm your details with the staff and also register for breakfast the next day. The breakfast had a great selection and generous portions! 👌🏻
