"Stayed at Hotel Olsanka for 1 night in April. The hotel is nice with spacious twin rooms. If getting the tram to the hotel from the city centre, Google maps often suggests you get off at Lipanska, however, there is a tram stop right outside the hotel entrance (olsanka namesti). The hotel suffers from a lack of vending machines (actually there was one, but it was out of order) making late night drinks difficult... The hotel offers sauna swimming and fitness activities, but we didn't make use of them so can't provide useful comments except I believe they come at an extra cost. Breakfast was okay - not a lot of options, but some basic products, coffee, tea and juice"

"The location is good. Although it's not right in the city center, the tram makes it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers good value for money. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was very hot during my stay, and I had trouble sleeping on the first night. Still, I’m happy to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff were exceptional. Aiza was especially professional, patient, and genuinely kind—she is the main reason I decided to leave a 5-star review. Kanan and Dima were also very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Prague, and next time I'll make sure to try the restaurant Aiza recommended nearby! And I wish her all the best in her future!🍀💐😊"

"The hotel overall is really good! Good location, friendly staff, luggage service, beautiful lobby! One interesting thing is that, I had a two people room for one night, and a four people room for two nights, turned out that the two people room is much bigger than the four people room. But still everything thing is fine and comfortable! Highly recommended."

"We stayed during a European heatwave where Prague reached 37 degrees Celsius, and we were so comfortable thanks to the air conditioning! I loved that we could leave the AC on even when we took out the room key and went out. The room was very pleasant, and the bathroom was really clean! The reception staff were always present, so any questions we had were resolved immediately! The location is also great, about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, making it excellent value for money. I'm very satisfied and would likely stay here again if I visit Prague in the future :)"

"Everything was fantastic except the shower! Theres a bath woth shower, however, the shower doesnt hang up like a normal shower but rather lower down where pne has to sit in the bath tub to have a normal shower. The water temperature is not consistent and keep going from cold to very hot.... Apart from that, room was really nice, clean and spacious. Staff were great too"

"The hotel looks old. The room is small and I have a rather big suitcase which made things harder. There are no hooks or whatever in the bathroom for you to hang your towels. There’s a smell in the hotel lobby and the room and I don’t know if it’s a bad smell or a really bad perfume. The heater can be stronger and the water can be hotter too, IMO. Provided: fridge, TV, WiFi, hangers, safe, microwave, kettle. As a female traveller, I’m also surprised that this hotel provided cotton pads (those for removing makeup) in the bathroom, I think it’s the first hotel I’ve seen that does this. I stored my luggage when I checked out, it’s just a room that’s not locked, but there is a safe and a sign that says for valuables like laptop and camera you can contact the staff. Breakfast buffet was alright, not too many options. Close to a tram station so you can easily go anywhere. Considering its price and the fact that breakfast is included, this is a good budget hotel, and I wouldn’t complain too much."

"Great location, really easy to get around, with the metro and trams just a short walk away. A couple of things to be aware of: you have to pay extra for basics like towels and shower gel, and you’ll need to buy your own padlock for the storage drawers under the beds. They sell the padlocks too so you can get from them if you didn’t come with one. Breakfast was simple but did the job. There’s also a small minimart on site, which is super handy if you need something when other shops are closed."

"Check-in and check-out were quick and uncomplicated. The room is great; it has a kitchen, fridge, dining table, and both large and small cupboards. The hotel is next to the road and tram lines, but you don't hear anything except loud police sirens, as it has double-glazed windows. Breakfast was also good. It's a fantastic and very affordable hotel, and the staff are nice too."

"Overall, the hotel is good, but if you like ordering room service via Wolt or Uber, the front desk staff are not always helpful. They do not allow pizza delivery couriers to go up to the room and refuse to deliver the food themselves. You have to leave your room and go down to the reception to pick up the order. This does not happen every day — it depends on which receptionist the courier encounters. Some allow the delivery, while others categorically refuse."
