"This was the best hotel of my entire Europe trip! The facilities were top-notch, super clean, and tastefully designed. I loved how well the space was utilized and the thoughtful details in the room. The service was excellent, and the breakfast selection was great. I genuinely enjoyed my stay! The location was also very convenient, with easy access to transport and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend! I rarely write reviews, but this hotel really gave me some hope for good value accommodations in Europe."

"The location is good. Although it's not right in the city center, the tram makes it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offers good value for money. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning. Unfortunately, it was very hot during my stay, and I had trouble sleeping on the first night. Still, I’m happy to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff were exceptional. Aiza was especially professional, patient, and genuinely kind—she is the main reason I decided to leave a 5-star review. Kanan and Dima were also very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Prague, and next time I'll make sure to try the restaurant Aiza recommended nearby! And I wish her all the best in her future!🍀💐😊"

"The location is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The room we stayed in also exceeded our expectations and was a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable and we had a good stay overall."

"I booked a one-bedroom suite for three days. I think I was given a room at the end of the hallway, near the elevator, because the size was much smaller than I expected. There was also a strong smell of renovation in the room. The water pressure in the shower was very unstable, fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold. The location is great, though, making it convenient to walk everywhere. It would be a good choice to stay here if the price is right, but I stayed during peak season when it was at its most expensive. The hotel breakfast was quite plentiful."

"Wonderful hotel in a super location in Prague. Daniel in front desk is very professional, swift and give his time for hosts. Hotels should have more like him. Wonderful stay. We will definitely come back to Prague and to this hotel"

"Don't stay in a standard room or a double room; a family room is the best, it's very spacious. The breakfast is good, with a wide variety of fruits, but the selection hasn't changed. The service is also good, especially the white female manager."

"I stayed at Hotel Don Giovanni Prague with my daughter during our visit to Prague. Overall, the hotel was acceptable and convenient. The location is practical, especially because it is close to public transport, and it is easy to reach the city centre from the hotel. The room was generally comfortable, and the hotel has a classic, large-hotel atmosphere. However, I cannot say the experience was outstanding. Some aspects of the service could be warmer, more attentive and more guest-focused, especially for foreign tourists who may need assistance or clear guidance. For a hotel of this size and reputation, I expected a little more consistency and personal care. In short, it was a decent stay, but there is need for improvement. Not a bad hotel, but not excellent either. That is why my rating is 3.9 out of 5."

"Lovely hotel really nice as you arrive. Very central. Close to everything . Staff some really nice , some very abrupt! Spa area-Not 5 stars- small. You would only fit 2 people in sauna. Jacuzzi 2 people. Bar lacking in atmosphere ! Very small. not 5 stars ! Rooms not 5 star. So if you can live with that then book. Breakfast was great. We were disappointed with rooms small but clean I would upgrade if I was to stay again . No views from rooms even though we had asked."

"The room was clean and tidy, and I was very satisfied with the daily room service. The location is a bit remote, not very close to the tram station, so you need to walk a bit. The facilities are decent but nothing special, and the soundproofing is average; I could hear people talking in the hallway late at night."
