Very friendly service, we didn't have to ask much, we were informed about everything, the room was very quiet and clean. Had not had breakfast with in the price, but you could drink free coffee and tea. I would recommend the hotel to be known.

The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service. Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely. The staff, especially at reception, is lovely. There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards. I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed. There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious. We appreciated the complimentary waters.

The staff were again the absolute best I've encountered in a long time. Top notch friendliness, and attentive. Always ready to assist in a human way, rather than throwing the rule book at you. Comfortable bed and spotless bathroom as always.

Communication via WhatsApp for any questions or concerns was excellent, and we really appreciated how quickly they brought us the missing supplies. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. However, I've deducted one star for cleanliness. When we arrived, it seemed housekeeping hadn't checked the cutlery drawer, as we found a used and dried-up teaspoon inside. Public transport links were all easily accessible. Overall, we were very satisfied.

First and foremost this hostel is clean and comfortable enough, although the sturdy wooden bunks have slightly awkward stairs and are not the easiest to navigate while putting on bedsheets etc. Service was efficient and kind but is otherwise also quite absent, you check in and that's it. The kitchen is good, a little small but it's all that it needs to be. I think there is a restaurant in the garden which gets a little noisy, like the street. It's hard to describe the location because Leipzig doesn't really have an identifiable center, aside from a small shopping area in another part of the city. It's a bit between old fashioned decent and almost ghetto. There are nearby supermarkets and fast food outlets and event some pubs; one corner of a street on the way to Kaufland was almost lively. Recommended for a likely short stay of 1 or 2 nights in Leipzig. Similar to other options in the city.

The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss. Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat. We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering. Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.

We went to leizig for the champions league football. The hotel was in a great location to get to the stadium. The room was basic but met all our requirements. The hotel was very clean.
