The room is very large, and the sofa bed in the living room can be opened into a double bed. The breakfast was also good. The only minor downside is that the room is not cleaned every day, it takes about 3 to 4 days to clean.

The money is deducted and the quality is not guaranteed. I originally booked 12 nights on it and stayed for one night, but I ran away. The landlord had a bad attitude and the money has not been refunded yet! I used booking again this time. Compared with Airbnb, Ctrip is the most reliable

A standard hotel, not in the city center, a little far from the downtown pedestrian street. There is a supermarket next to it, which is convenient. You need to swipe your card to go to the elevator. I think the surrounding area is a bit messy. I heard from passers-by that they saw someone in the lobby taking the opportunity to sneak into the elevator. There is no refrigerator. The sound insulation is good. Although it faces the street, the window sound insulation is good, and the room is also very large.

Very friendly staff. Large and quiet rooms. A bit out of the way yet close to the city center, this hotel offers ample free public parking (plus a paid underground parking garage), and it's a maximum of 10 minutes from Vaihingen town center. The room windows can be opened despite the air conditioning. The curtains darken the room perfectly at night, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Very practical and aesthetically pleasing furnishings. I'd be happy to come back.

its walkable distance from the hbf and the tram is just outside the hotel. breakfast is the same for both days we stayed. spread was okay, not alot. not much things around if you arrive on sunday because most places are closed, but there is a mall just beside the hotel. toilet is clean but no toilet amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste provided, only shampoo conditioner and shower gel. no bedroom slippers either. but you may purchase them from front desk. space is not too big, but still can open two luggages in each corner. bed is comfy, ac and heated shower was good.

Loved my stay there! Clean and comfortable room, near the train and near the airport as well. Direct train to airport. Service was impeccable! I would book it again next time im in town.

Unfortunately, pretty much everything went wrong for us. It started with checking in. The breakfast we had booked was not included in the system and therefore not available to us. As a result, we had a lot of back and forth when we arrived because the staff were completely out of it. Luckily, our provider solved the problem very quickly, so we had to pay money up front, but we got it refunded. This delay meant we had no time to look at the room because the key chip was not programmed and we lost more time. We quickly changed and immediately set off for the external event we had booked. When we returned, things got really disgusting. The toilet rim was completely covered in dried urine, which was also visible on the outside of the bowl. However, as the porter had already said that we would have to book breakfast in the morning, we couldn't do anything at around 11:30 p.m. The very next morning, we presented the photos we had taken to reception. We were initially told that we had to report this immediately upon arrival, but after explaining the process, the gentleman took photos of our photos and wanted to clarify this with the head of the cleaning company. As an apology, we were each allowed to take a drink from the fridge when we left, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, that's too many mistakes for us at once, especially since another couple had problems with the booked breakfast and a couple had problems with the room, and all of that happened in the time it took us to complain in the morning and check out. Conclusion: This hotel is no longer an option for us.
