"Couldn't check in until 2-3 PM because the room wasn't vacated, even though I arrived at 12:30 PM. Everything else was fine though; even without ordering breakfast, a staff member came by in the morning to ask if I needed coffee or tea, which was a very thoughtful touch."
"The hotel is near the forest and the air is very fresh! The facilities are very new and every place is cleaned very clean! The breakfast buffet is awesome! The handsome guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic! Must be five-star praise"
"Great location - our room overlooked the Rhine. The room was good, the bed comfortable, a good size shower and good water pressure. The colour design and decor were interesting. The boss (AKA the wife) said it reminded her of Austin Powers 😅. That said, it was modern, clean, comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again.
The low overall rating was owing to the fact thst the air conditioning for the building was on the fritz. The first night was uncomfortably hot and sticky. It was fixed by our second night."
"The location is not good, there are almost no shopping or dining places around! I arrived in the evening and bought a beer. Is there any tool in the room that can open the bottle cap? The hotel is large but there are too few supporting dining shops to choose from! Waiting for breakfast the next day, the variety was average but the service was pretty good😊"
"The hotel is well located, but there are some problems with customer service. The staff on one shift don't seem to communicate well with the staff on the other. I had a problem with the shower head, it was simply stuck and came off when I went to take a shower late at night. I informed the receptionist on duty and the next day I had to leave early and came back late, but the situation remained the same. When I asked the same receptionist on duty, he simply told me that he had been notified, but that he didn't know why the repairs hadn't been made. The hotel is well computerized and works with electronic keys and tags to activate the doors, but the process of enabling the tags (or numbers) is sometimes slow."
"The hotel is next to the old town center of the old town hall historical building. It is a few minutes walk to the former residence of Beethoven, the University of Bonn, and the Rhine River. Very German historical hotel. Breakfast is rich, dining around the hotel, shopping, are very convenient. The front desk service is warm."
"The sauna and the rest area afterwards were comfortable. The view of the Rhine from the rest area (night view) is soothing. The room was small, but it was comfortable for my husband and I."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the old town and the train station, and it has its own parking, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are good, the breakfast is great, and the hot water supply is excellent. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is good. Overall, it offers great value for money.
GGuest UserJunior suite was perfect in size with great views on the Rhine river.
Room was serviced only every 2 days which I thought was good from an environmental point of view.
Only comment is was that coffeecapsules were only 2 and that there was no stocked minibar
GGuest UserThe room is comfortable and bright, with a dining table, chairs, sofas, washing table stoves, and tableware. There are two big supermarkets nearby. It is very convenient for us to cook and eat by ourselves.
The outdoors are very quiet, the locals who meet are very friendly and welcoming, and there is a bus directly to Bonn Central Railway Station outside the hotel. Very smooth.
In addition, the hotel is self-service. I saw the health staff.
The hotel lobby is beautiful and comfortable.
GGuest UserThe location is particularly good. Turn right and you will reach the Town Hall Square in 20 meters. Cross the Town Hall and you will reach the Elector's Palace. The breakfast shop downstairs is also very good. The room is just big enough for a family. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own food. In particular, there is a laundry room with drying machines, which is great. The room is very quiet. Although it is close to the square, the windows are very powerful and there is no sound at all when they are closed.
LLuca quagliaLet me start by saying that I spent a total of 11 nights in Acora Bonn living the city and I had a really great time there.
The hotel is is like a small-room renting place where you get a nice room, with a small kitchenette and private bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped (with a stove, fridge, all cutlery, plates and glassware available). The included breakfast is nice and it allows you to save some time in the morning. Staff is also very nice and helpful with all your requests.
The location is a bit outside Bonn but with the tram 16 from the main station you can reach it in ~15 minutes.
All in all, I would recommend this place for a medium/long-term stay and for work-related trips.
GGuest UserUnfortunately, the Kiman facility in the room was not to fix a pleasant sleep temperament, so it was too warm. At the reception it was notified and there was just a brief excuse. I would have expected a price change. The room, a friend, was too warm and the nice young man at the reception noticed that this was probably also defected by other guests.
CChristianBuckThe hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station and just steps from the town center, where you'll find a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection that even included soy milk. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is especially appreciated during the hot summer months.
SSharon AmandaOnly stayed for one night, when we attended an event in Cologne. The hotel was so convenient to find. On the S-bahn, it was 1 stop away from the central train station, and about a 5 minute walk from S-bahn stop to hotel. Lovely modern. clean hotel, comfortable bed & pillows, great shower, fluffy towels. Actually better than some European hotels that charge a lot more. I would stay again and would also look for this brand in other cities.
GGuest UserThere is need to improve on the check in times . I ended up not checking in because my flight was delayed and they insisted that checking in time was between 4pm - 7 pm . I ended up booking elsewhere to cater for my flight that was landing around 9 pm .
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was incredibly quiet, and the rooms were neat and tidy. One of my favorite features was the small kitchen, which made my stay even more convenient. The hotel left a thoughtful note recommending a nearby candy company called Haribo and I’m so glad they did! The candy there was absolutely amazing. I ended up buying a lot of sweets to share with my family and friends. A big thank you to the hotel for pointing that out! Would definitely stay here again.
