"Also, vieles ganz gut, aber für den Preis aber bisschen ein Witz. 40/Nacht für ein 3qm Zimmer mit Gmeinschaftsdusche außerhalb des Zentrums, dabei jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören (und dadurch halbe Nacht nicht schlafen können weil andere Gäste eine alkoholisierte Nacht hatten, finde ich dann leider mau. Aber sonst ist das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das hat dann fast schon wieder gut gemacht."

"Great location - our room overlooked the Rhine. The room was good, the bed comfortable, a good size shower and good water pressure. The colour design and decor were interesting. The boss (AKA the wife) said it reminded her of Austin Powers 😅. That said, it was modern, clean, comfortable, and we would definitely stay there again. The low overall rating was owing to the fact thst the air conditioning for the building was on the fritz. The first night was uncomfortably hot and sticky. It was fixed by our second night."

"The location is not good, there are almost no shopping or dining places around! I arrived in the evening and bought a beer. Is there any tool in the room that can open the bottle cap? The hotel is large but there are too few supporting dining shops to choose from! Waiting for breakfast the next day, the variety was average but the service was pretty good😊"

"The hotel is well located, but there are some problems with customer service. The staff on one shift don't seem to communicate well with the staff on the other. I had a problem with the shower head, it was simply stuck and came off when I went to take a shower late at night. I informed the receptionist on duty and the next day I had to leave early and came back late, but the situation remained the same. When I asked the same receptionist on duty, he simply told me that he had been notified, but that he didn't know why the repairs hadn't been made. The hotel is well computerized and works with electronic keys and tags to activate the doors, but the process of enabling the tags (or numbers) is sometimes slow."

"The hotel is next to the old town center of the old town hall historical building. It is a few minutes walk to the former residence of Beethoven, the University of Bonn, and the Rhine River. Very German historical hotel. Breakfast is rich, dining around the hotel, shopping, are very convenient. The front desk service is warm."

"The sauna and the rest area afterwards were comfortable. The view of the Rhine from the rest area (night view) is soothing. The room was small, but it was comfortable for my husband and I."
