"It's rare to experience such a great hotel in Europe. The decor is very modern and exquisite, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, equipped with all the basic amenities you'd expect. The location is particularly excellent, right next to the train station. The integrated restaurant and bar on the top floor also offers a fantastic experience, providing panoramic views of Heidelberg. Going up at sunset and enjoying a drink either outside or by the window to watch the sun go down is truly delightful."

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was able to.check in early without extra cpsts and could leave my luggage at reception the next day. They could suggest sights to see and gave me a sightseeing map.the room.was vig enough, clean and tidy, but it did not have a kettle and cups for making tea."

"First off, the apartment is very spacious. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is large, and while it doesn't have a separate shower and dry area, it's fully equipped with everything you need, and the hot water is fast and plentiful. The soundproofing for sleeping is also excellent. Secondly, the amenities are comprehensive. It has all the pots, pans, dishcloths, brushes, knives, forks, and cutting boards you could ask for. There's also a kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, iron, and hairdryer. A quick tip: you must turn on the range hood before using the induction hob – just pull it out, and it starts automatically. Lastly, the bedroom is large with plenty of tables, and the bed is a good size too, with a comfortable mattress and lots of pillows for a great night's sleep. Everything feels very new and in excellent condition! There are a few drawbacks: The laundry room costs extra, though the gym is free. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, which might be due to high demand on weekends, but you can store your luggage and explore beforehand. Oh, and check-out is at 11 AM! It's right next to Heidelberg's main train station, which is super convenient for catching trains. We checked out half an hour early and still ended up waiting 25 minutes at the station!"

"The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. When I left, my friend's car hit, and the hotel staff was very patient to accompany the problem. Very friendly, a beautiful young lady, thank you! Recommend this hotel to all my fellow travelers."

"Rooms are cozy and tidy. Amenities and facilities are sufficient I would say. Breakfast was definitely delightful, with the glass ceiling and amazing service, what a way to stay the day! Location wise, it’s okay convenient. It depends on how you are travelling. It is very close to the bus and tram station and of course the Christmas markets and shopping streets. But it is a bit far to the Train Station."

"Location: across the street, ~5 mins from the hbf. Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!) Lift: old and small but it works! Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out. Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small. Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!"

"The location is central on Hauptstraße which meant we could walk the old town and shop/eat/site see including the Old Bridge. The reception was helpful and responsive, and the accommodation was quiet"

"All in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer. It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times."

"This is a truly perfect hotel, spacious and bright, with a striking design. It has two rooms, one inside and one outside, and the sofa bed in the outer room is incredibly comfortable and high-quality. The window overlooks the street, and the sound of church bells drifts in the breeze, evoking a sense of ethereal peace and tranquility... It's a style my children and I absolutely adore. The room also comes with a generous selection of food and beverages, all included in the room rate. The service charge accepts both credit and cash, which is very flexible. The bathroom sink plug was broken, so I called customer service. Upon opening the door, the handsome front desk guy came to fix it. Without a word, he took off his suit and quickly fixed it. This multi-person experience isn't limited to domestic use. My children said they probably waited for the repairman to arrive, and they didn't know when."

"Nice hotel, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast and more than enough, one diner in the restaurant was also very good. Sometimes the floor where we slept was a little noisy, And after our opinion the rooms were 2, 3 grades to warm."
