"🔗 Online check-in: They send an email beforehand with a link to fill out your information and preferences online. The hotel then assigns rooms based on these requests, making it super convenient to just grab your key card upon arrival. My only minor gripe is that the email frequency from booking to arrival felt a bit too high. 🍽️ Dining: Didn't try the hotel's food, and there weren't any recommended restaurants nearby. Good dining options required traveling a bit further. Restaurants around tourist attractions offered more choices and better quality. 🗺️ Location: It's literally a 2-minute walk from the main train station – couldn't be closer! An excellent location, so you don't have to rush for your train (even if German trains aren't always on time). 🗣️ Noise: Despite being so close to the main train station, you barely hear any noise in the room. With the windows closed, it's almost eerily quiet."

"Near Heidelberg Hbf. Brand-new hotel. But the breakfast buffet is just so-so. No new food provided. Fruits are not good, at least not fit my taste. We ordered triple beds room, the third bed is really…casual. Just one bed in the bedstead. Not comfortable at all."

"First off, the apartment is very spacious. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is large, and while it doesn't have a separate shower and dry area, it's fully equipped with everything you need, and the hot water is fast and plentiful. The soundproofing for sleeping is also excellent. Secondly, the amenities are comprehensive. It has all the pots, pans, dishcloths, brushes, knives, forks, and cutting boards you could ask for. There's also a kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, iron, and hairdryer. A quick tip: you must turn on the range hood before using the induction hob – just pull it out, and it starts automatically. Lastly, the bedroom is large with plenty of tables, and the bed is a good size too, with a comfortable mattress and lots of pillows for a great night's sleep. Everything feels very new and in excellent condition! There are a few drawbacks: The laundry room costs extra, though the gym is free. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, which might be due to high demand on weekends, but you can store your luggage and explore beforehand. Oh, and check-out is at 11 AM! It's right next to Heidelberg's main train station, which is super convenient for catching trains. We checked out half an hour early and still ended up waiting 25 minutes at the station!"

"The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. When I left, my friend's car hit, and the hotel staff was very patient to accompany the problem. Very friendly, a beautiful young lady, thank you! Recommend this hotel to all my fellow travelers."

"Very good location, only 2-3 stops from the main train station, and right opposite the hotel is the bus/tram station. There 24h-market and some restaurants near the hotel. Need 15-20mins walk to the old town. Room is very clean and the fitness room is very big with multiple exerts equipments The working staff is friendly and the breakfast is very good"

"The location of this hotel is great, and the front desk people were nice too. But the facility was way below either the industry standard or our expectation - the knob of the shower was falling down, the curtain was also falling down and could not close; the reading light switch had no handle; and the shower drainage was blocked (see the photos) ---- shockingly this is in Germany!! Very, Very disappointed."

"The whole hotel looks old, and the bathroom door in the room can't be closed. The air conditioning has problems—it's constantly cold, and there is no heating. However, the front desk staff and restaurant service personnel are relatively friendly. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. However, compared to four-star hotels in Taiwan, the facilities here seem outdated. Taiwan’s hotels are newer and cleaner, and the food selection is also more abundant."

"The price of 160 euros (including breakfast 10 euros) per night is mainly given to these five invincible locations, by the Neka River, by the ancient bridge, the window can see the copper monkey. "유럽에서 방문한 호스텔 중 최고였습니다. 시설도 좋은데 무엇보다 호스텔 Staff의 친절함이 정말 좋았습니다. 밤기차를 타고가서 호스텔 문을 열자마자 짐을 두러 들어갔는데, 친절하게 맞아 주셨습니다. 그리고 체크인 시간 이전에 먼저 와서 쉴 수 있게 준비해 주셨습니다. 덕분에 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 시설도 좋습니다. 주방에 있는 시리얼, 커피, 차도 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 위치도 하이델베르크 성 바로 밑에 있어서 관광지에 다니기 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 무조건 다시 이용할 것 같습니다. 추천합니다!☺️"
