"Overall, it was a good hotel and I had a comfortable stay. The room met my expectations and everything was fine during my visit. The only downside was that there was no reception available on-site, which could be inconvenient for guests who may need assistance. Aside from that, my experience was smooth and pleasant."

"Very good clean hotel w good amenities & fairly spacious room. The shower was more than adequate, but since I'm judging you by higher standards, I'd say, just work on the little bit mold on the tiles. Breakfast is very good, but I would add a breakfast pastry of some sort. There was good bread, jam and butter so still met the needs of those who prefer a sweet breakfast. Overall, i'd stay again. Staff was very pleasant."

"The location is acceptable; it's a bit of a walk to the subway, but manageable. The room is quite simple but spacious enough to open two large suitcases with plenty of room to walk around. The mini-bar is free, but I'm not used to German drinks. The bathroom facilities are old, and there's no door to the toilet. The three sliding glass panels of the shower door aren't connected. The front desk staff were neither warm nor cold. It's just a very average business hotel."

"Nähe zur Münchner Freiheit U-Bahn ist von Vorteil. Das Einchecken ist einfach. Wir hatten das Zimmer 202, welches direkt am Aufzug liegt und dadurch mit lärm zu rechnen ist. Unser Zimmer ging zur Straße, was mit Straßen lärm und Publikum Lärm vom Petit Fritz bis spät in die Nacht. An der Rezeption wird nur Englisch gesprochen, was ich nicht gut finde. Problem ist der Parkplatz, das war das Hauptauswahl Kriterium. Im Nachgang hieß es, dass man den nicht Buchen kann und nur nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben wird. Auch das genaue vorgehen wie man den bekommt wurde nicht erläutert. Anscheinend kann man das in Zukunft buchen."

You need to check in first to get your room key, which then grants access to the parking gate. The entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow, but there are plenty of spaces inside."

"There was a slight hiccup during check-in. Our reservation was for a family room for two adults and two children, but the front desk said our room could only accommodate two people. They suggested we either book another room or pay extra for the additional two people. Our English isn't great, so communication was difficult. Finally, we said we would call the platform to complain. Then, a Chinese staff member helped us communicate in English. Just as we were about to call the platform, he asked us to wait while he went to confirm the room. He came back and informed us that our room could indeed accommodate four people. We were able to check in smoothly after that, but it left a bad taste in our mouths. Everything else was fine; it's conveniently located very close to the train station. Outside on the streets, there were quite a few homeless people, as well as loud and boisterous crowds and drunks. It didn't feel unsafe, just a bit too lively. For consecutive stays, you can get free beer if you opt out of housekeeping. Luggage storage after check-out is free, which is quite convenient."

I particularly enjoyed two of these charming suites at a peaceful and spotless business apartment hotel that also provided parking, making it very convenient. The experience was truly relaxing. "I am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing. My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation. This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing"
