"Travel24 Hotel Leipzig – Great Location & Smooth Stay! We stayed at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig for two nights and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient and hassle-free everything was. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even offers its own private parking. Just a tip: the parking works on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s smart to arrive earlier if you want to secure a spot, as it cannot be guaranteed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot Leipzig weather. All in all, our stay at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig was enjoyable, practical, and convenient. We would happily consider staying here again for another city trip!"

"Close to the city center, so I had breakfast at the bagel shop across the street. It's conveniently within walking distance to Leipzig city center. However, being near the city center, it was in a concrete jungle, but the laundry facilities were excellent."

"A great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated. We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday."

"During my stay, I had an unpleasant encounter at the front desk. When I asked for towels, which I believed I had paid €4 for upon arrival, the receptionist (Felix) stated that I hadn't paid and that no one else was available to help me at that moment. The payment wasn't initially checked, and I was told that no towels would be provided without payment. After I returned with my receipt, the payment was still questioned, and it was suggested that the €4 might have been for something else, like another purchase. Before contacting a colleague, he made the remark, ”You're not showering tonight anyway,” even though I hadn't mentioned showering. I found this unnecessary and uncomfortable. Only after my insistence did he contact a colleague, who explained that the €4 was for the city tax and bed linen. Once this was clarified, the issue was immediately resolved. This situation could have been cleared up from the beginning if a colleague had been contacted right away. I also observed guests being loudly addressed in common areas when house rules were enforced, and activities were stopped without explanation. While the hostel itself was nice, the style of communication made my stay unpleasant. I would not stay here again and believe that clearer and more considerate communication from the staff would significantly improve the experience."

"The facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the internet signal is stable and smooth. The location is superb, close to the scenic area entrance, with a wide variety of dining options nearby, making it easy to find meals within walking distance. Transportation is extremely convenient, with easy access to buses and the subway, and the main bus station is not far away. Moreover, the environment is exceptionally quiet; even the rooms facing the street are virtually noise-free. Combined with comfortable bedding, you can get a good night's sleep every night. It's excellent value for money, and I've already recommended it to friends!"

"This place is in the middle of the city centre. Such a convenient location. Its so beautiful and too good to be a hostel. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend. They do have a breakfast on the lounge and gave a 10% discount on my first drink in the bar, which i find pretty awesome."

"The Radisson advertises a new strategy that offers less cleaning and service in an environmentally friendly way. Beds aren't made, cleaning only happens every three days, nothing is replenished, and things aren't even checked. Of course, you can report this to reception, and then someone (supposedly) comes. But that doesn't always work. The reception, in turn, is rarely, if ever, reachable by phone. If you go downstairs, you often only see one employee who is completely overwhelmed. Check-in can then take up to 30 minutes. The service in the adjoining restaurant is simply terrible. It's closed for days at a time—so you can't eat or drink anything there, even though it's advertised as being open. The employee was extremely unfriendly, but that can happen. The breakfast service was very good. In conclusion: As a frequent traveler, I would never choose this hotel again, never recommend it, and I'm really annoyed."
