"The hotel isn't in the city center; it's about a 30-minute walk. The free parking in the nearby woods, mentioned in some reviews, has been removed due to construction. There are a few free parking spots right in front of the hotel, but make sure to check the signs carefully."
"After checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them."
"The room is average, the single bed is about 1.35 meters, it's a simple budget hotel. The breakfast is average. It's about a five-minute walk from the subway station, and the transportation is quite convenient."
"There is a separate hotel-related parking tower next to the hotel building, so you can park for a fee.
Not many restaurants nearby, but rewe was within walking distance
No refrigerator in the room
Breakfast variety and delicious"
"Nice breakfast and good service. However need to check with them on the password if your are checking late cause the are no staff working in the night."
"Unfortunately, pretty much everything went wrong for us. It started with checking in. The breakfast we had booked was not included in the system and therefore not available to us. As a result, we had a lot of back and forth when we arrived because the staff were completely out of it. Luckily, our provider solved the problem very quickly, so we had to pay money up front, but we got it refunded. This delay meant we had no time to look at the room because the key chip was not programmed and we lost more time. We quickly changed and immediately set off for the external event we had booked. When we returned, things got really disgusting. The toilet rim was completely covered in dried urine, which was also visible on the outside of the bowl. However, as the porter had already said that we would have to book breakfast in the morning, we couldn't do anything at around 11:30 p.m. The very next morning, we presented the photos we had taken to reception. We were initially told that we had to report this immediately upon arrival, but after explaining the process, the gentleman took photos of our photos and wanted to clarify this with the head of the cleaning company. As an apology, we were each allowed to take a drink from the fridge when we left, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, that's too many mistakes for us at once, especially since another couple had problems with the booked breakfast and a couple had problems with the room, and all of that happened in the time it took us to complain in the morning and check out. Conclusion: This hotel is no longer an option for us."
"Hello everyone, everything is perfect thank you everything is very clean and tidy there is the possibility of checking in automatically in a couple of minutes and you are already in your room you can move by train and in 20 minutes you are at the center in short I am really satisfied thanks for everything..❤️❤️"
"The front desk staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. The room was really clean. I personally enjoyed the Western-style breakfast. It's also super convenient to get to the exhibition center and the city center via the U6 train nearby. I'd definitely book this place again on my next visit!"
"I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Stuttgart! The staff were incredibly respectful and helpful even though not all of them spoke fluent English, they made every effort to understand and assist me, which I really appreciated.
The room was very clean, self-contained, and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The location is perfect right by the main road with a bus stop literally just outside the hotel. It’s super convenient for anyone using public transportation to explore the city. Plus, they offer parking, which is a huge bonus for those arriving by car.
Overall, my experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stuttgart!"
"Great location right by the train station, offering good value for money. It's a bit older, but still clean and hygienic, so no issues there. Perfect for business travelers. I even saw Lufthansa crew staying here."

Great
HHW2002The hotel is on U6 and several S-bahn train station nearby, which makes it convenient traveling into Stuttgart city center. The hotel is AC-cooled, which is significantly for travelers during mid August In Germany as many hotels are not equipped with AC and room can be unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The hotel room is spacious and well designed. Lobby area is lively with a bar and social spaces. Overall, I enjoy the stay here and highly recommend it!
XXMHACTCGreat location, 1min walk from u-bahn, one station from hbf. Clean room, with washing machine and full kitchen included. Safe and quiet at night.
Drawbacks: The structure of my room is weird, making the living room dark at night, with only one lamp. No door dividing the shower area, so the bathroom is full of water after each bath. The shower broke down during my accommodation, I asked them to fix it, and they didn't. After lots of chaos they offered me to change the room, and I decided to put up with it and use the rainforest instead.
In conclusion, not bad if the shower incident hadn't occurred. The service is of great altitude, but not so practical in case of real problems.
GGuest UserThe receptionist was very friendly, the room was very clean, there was a small kitchen for simple cooking, and free coffee and tea were provided in the lobby. The parking fee of 19 euros a day was a bit expensive.
BButterLinThe lobby is quite large and bright. Overall, it's quite comfortable and nice. The room is a bit small, but there's a small windowsill next to it, so you can put your things there without taking up too much space, which is convenient!
GGuest UserWhile the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary.
Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable.
Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price.
On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials.
Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price.
GGuest UserPlus:
Location. Almost literally opposite the Stuttgart train station.
Hospitality: great hospitality from front desk. I personally like it and enjoy it I hope you do too.
Minus/ room for improvement
The bath room can be Abit small for six footer ( people who are more than six foot tall) and with BMI great than say 23-25.
There is some water flow situation where after one take shower then water can get to the floor of the bath room and eventually get to the floor of the room. I am raising this hoping the owner could pay some attention / do something about it when all situation permits for the flooring is very nice, it seems like a pity to get damage in the long run due to excess water from the bath room.
Other tips / reminder
There is Abit of stair cases at the front door and involve moving your luggage uphill to arrive at the hotel. If you need assistance, it is better to inform the hotel and see what can be arranged. I am sure they are happy to help if it is within their means. ( I find them friendly and helpful and enjoy the service. I hope you would enjoy the stay too if u happen to choose this place).
GGuest UserOutdated hotel in many ways. The breakfast was especially lackluster. They didn't have any kind of chocolate spread or chocolate croissant, also no orange juice, not even watered down. The WiFi does about 8 MBit/s down and 1 MBit/s up. The rooms feature no real AC which could be annoying in the summer. There is currently a legionella outbreak mitigated by a special kind of shower head reducing down the water pressure far lower than usual levels. This hotel may still be worth it for you depending on your needs due to the excellent location.
Also, the opened in 2025 label on Trip is very misleading. According to Travel Weekly it was built in 1984 and last renovated in 2010 which definitely checks out.
AAnonymous UserGood management from the A&O Stuttgart branch. Good housekeeping. Facilities are complete in a compact building. Great location, just within minutes from Milchof station. Alles gute! Some suggestions, it will be better if there is a notice to the guests regarding drinking water directly from water tap, assessing to guest kitchen and laundry room. The receptionist seems to be overwhelmed by all those minor enquiry, which could be improved. In overall, a great place to stay!
GGuest UserPerfect location to the city centre
Rooms OK and very clean.
Breakfast offer OK, but at the full hotel there are too few seats.
Unfortunately, the price of performance ratio has not voted, as well as the
Very unfriendly service of the most stressed lady at the reception!
