"check-in has to be exactly at 15:00 and we were there 10 minutes before 15:00 they still didn't let us check-in early (which doesn't makes sense since so many hotels allowed early check-in if the room is ready) so why bother let the guests wait longer outside? and the housekeeping didn't knock our door at all in the morning and just came in our room while we were asleep. also no fridge whatsoever to store cold drinks"

"Saya sangat puas menginap di hotel ini! Lokasinya sangat strategis, dekat dengan Tram, pusat perbelanjaan, dan tempat makan. semuanya bisa dijangkau dengan berjalan kaki. Cocok banget buat traveler yang ingin praktis.
Pelayanannya juga luar biasa. Staf ramah, sigap, dan sangat membantu sejak check-in hingga check-out pun instan. Proses check-in cepat, dan saya langsung merasa disambut dengan hangat.
Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan fasilitasnya lengkap. Wi-Fi kencang, AC, dan tempat tidur empuk. Cocok banget untuk istirahat setelah seharian jalan-jalan."

"Perfect location, right next to Rostock train station, but unfortunately this meant a lot of noise at night with the window open, as there was no air conditioning. Otherwise the room was OK. Free water as a welcome and a small fridge for personal use. 👍
Didn't have breakfast because there is a bakery right next to the hotel with breakfast options. 😋😉.
Service was good at reception.
On the downside, you have to pay the bed tax three times even though you're only there for two nights. 😞
The city is within walking distance and worth seeing"

"The location is central. Despite the city centre we had a quiet room. Unfortunately, the driving chair was to hear. The room equipment was comfortable. The bathroom was ok. The sparkly silicone fucks and the shower could be revised once.
The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is sufficient and varied. "

"The hotel is in a good location, in the center of the old city, the visitor center is out, the old square, and it is convenient to eat. Convenient to visit the attractions. Staff service is very good. After getting off the cruise, because I went to France to play, I provided free luggage storage before check-in, like it. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was relatively varied. There was a Marshall stereo in the room, I didn't expect it."

Childcare is a good thing, we have only been able to get our daughter out of it.
The restaurants were all the delicious and the service staff very professional.
The situation is super, you can drive in all directions and what to do.
The spa area is one of the most beautiful we have experienced before and we have already experienced some hotels in the category.
So the stay was just perfect it did not miss anything.

GGuest UserIt's a bit old hotel. There is no air conditioner and the ventilation in the bathroom is broken. But it is located right in front of the beach and the staff are very friendly. There are not many menus for breakfast buffet ... Anyway, the staff are very friendly !!!

邱邱8888It is a quiet and beautiful four-star hotel. In the suburbs, you need to take three bus stops from the city! About 15 minutes! There is a forest behind the hotel, and the air is fresh and beautiful! The only downside is that the curtains on the windows of the street are only halfway. They can't completely cover the windows, and the privacy is not enough! I don't understand what the Germans think, after the replacement of the room, the front desk helped upgrade to the room facing the woods, there are roller blinds covering the windows, free upgraded rooms, the front desk guys are particularly warm and friendly 😊, impressive!

GGuest UserHotel is in top location. There is a shopping centre right in front of the door for all things of daily needs including bakers and various gastros.
From the hotel room you can view the port directly, which is to reach in good 5 minutes walk.
With the public transportation (railway station directly next to shopping centre), you can reach the heart of the city in a few minutes or the sea in good 30 minutes after warning.
Rooms have everything you need and finally have a hotel with a good bath door that you can close.
Sufficient sticks in rooms and bathrooms, sufficient displacement, cozy bed
To not forgive full stars, one was deducted by cleanliness, but this is meckering at a high level.
