"Very nice hotel, highly recommended. The facilities are not particularly new but everything is there. You can see that the standard was very high back then. The room is large, with plenty of hot water, a large balcony and welcome fruit. The hotel has a separate yard with a swimming pool and a nice garden. The breakfast is rich and has a full range of dishes. The location is not special. It takes a while to walk to the beach. There is also a bus stop next to it. It is very convenient to take a bus from the city and sit directly until the evening. There are also buses that can go directly to the airport within walking distance."

"Excellent hotel of the Sol chain in the north of Tenerife. Quite simple, very simple interior. The hotel is not new, therefore, does not look 4 stars. Breakfasts and dinners - buffet. Large selection and very tasty. Cleaning every day. The staff is friendly and helpful"

"I liked the hotel; they cleaned it every day and changed towels and bed clothes. I had a good dresser and the balcony had a beautiful view. Benefits: it took a long time to get hot water out; the grip had to be left running between 15 and 20 minutes. There was a safe for payment. The breakfast menu was not changed. They didn't repair the soap when it was finished. There was no electric boiler."

"The hotel is great. I spent a few days in Tenerife with my partner, and it was fantastic. The breakfast has a huge variety and something for everyone—it's great! The rooms are also cleaned daily, leaving them spotless without touching or moving your belongings. The pools are fantastic; they're on the hotel's rooftop, and it's fantastic. The service and attention were top-notch. Plus, if you don't rent a car, the bus station is right next door, which is fantastic. We really loved it, and we'll choose the same hotel again when we return."

"Overall, a very good hotel: clean, friendly staff, and located in the city center in the pedestrian area. We didn't try the restaurant, but we did go to the rooftop: the view is absolutely beautiful, and the cocktails made by Virginia are delicious. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have private parking, but there's a very large free parking area just a 5-minute walk away."

"The room is large with a beautiful view. The room we booked has a kitchen, but there are no cutlery or utensils. The room does not provide any free or paid drinking water, and the vending machine on the first floor does not work well. The breakfast is rich, but there is no Spanish ham."

"Los colches de nuestra habitación malos, se solicitó cambio y los cambiaron; si os pasa solicitarlo de manera inmediata.
Las instalaciones son de un hotel tradicional, desayunos bastante bien, en la cena las bebidas no están incluids(no lo especifica en ninguna de las instrucciones enviadas) y la comida muy regular, no vale tanto la pena, pero es para gustos!
El personal muy amable, desde recepción, camareros, y personal de habitaciones.
Aclaró que es nuestra primera visita a la isla."

DDanielaIch hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel in Puerto de la Cruz! Alles war super – saubere Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre und eine tolle Lage in der Nähe von Restaurants, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und man fühlte sich einfach willkommen. Ich kann das Hostel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Ccchuixinnnlocation is super close to bus station and city centre. 24h front desk, can leave luggage for free. Checkin is in another apartment which is 1 min walk away, no problem with that. The studio comes with everything including fridge, hair dryer, microwave etc, but no fan/ac in the room, however it’s not too hot even in summer july
