"The location right on the beach, with views of the estuary area, was perfect. As we only used the accommodation and spent most of our time out and about during the day, I can only say that the room was wonderful. I would have liked them to have a magnifying mirror for those who are nearsighted when getting ready. The service at reception was perfect. This is our second time staying here, and we have no complaints."

"The location is excellent, right next to the British Palace, making dining and shopping very convenient. I specifically browsed the Massimo Dutti store inside; the selection wasn't huge, but the discounts were quite good. The supermarket on the basement level is also nice, offering not only regular items but also some limited-edition gifts, perfect for guests. There are many restaurants nearby, including several Chinese restaurants, and a hot pot restaurant is just a few minutes' walk away, making dining very convenient. It's about a 15-minute walk from the city center, making it a good option for a stroll after a meal."

"It was an OK stay. Room 320 had a very distinctive smell of cigarettes paticularly early morning and evening. Other guests were noisy but that not hotels fault. Staff were helpful though the breakfast man didn't particularly like English people. The young evening bar man was fab. It's worth noting that the location is quite far away from anything and it's a bit of a trek to get anywhere. You're looking at a €10+ taxi trip into town. And make sure you pack cold drinks and snacks."

"Easy to get to from either the airport or train station, prime location on the stunning Riazor beach (if you’re able to, upgrade to a sea view room – the views are spectacular) with plenty of nearby shops/restaurants including a convenience store next door. The hotel has been extensively renovated and you can tell – I especially liked the reception area which had lots of comfy seating as well as computers and reading material. The room itself was excellent – clean, modern and comfortable with all the facilities you’d expect (kettle, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer, large TV), though the stunning view out the window was the biggest plus. Breakfast was fabulous, with sweet and savoury options as well as a cooked offering too. I had a fantastic stay and wish I could have stayed for longer – would definitely return, no questions asked."

"The location of this hotel is spectacular because 2 minutes walk from everything: the longshore, the Maria Pita Square, the old town, the sea moles, the roads with numerous places to be able to magic tapas and more, the market and the beach of Orzan. The most remote place can be the Hercules Tower that can be reached by taking a beautiful walk on the seaside of about 25 minutes. Hotel is recently renovated, still very new, everything very comfortable. Belen at the reception was professional to show me on the map what to visit, always available and with a smile, you can also use me with free water bottles in the refrigerator hall. If you arrive late and the reception is closed, do not worry about the clock to open the door and you will check in them by a monitor live ! "

"The room is big and was mostly clean but still noticed some hair on the sheets. The beds are a bit too soft and I didn't like them much. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and there are refreshing drinks at the reception which was a welcoming addition. The hotel has free parking but if it's full you can find ample parking spots around the hotel which are free. The location is also perfect since its close to the tower of hercules and next to the sea. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is of good quality, however the coffee machine was a bit broken and spilled coffee everywhere"
