"Lovely welcome and great service from reception , rooms are clean and comfortable, great location 6min by Taxi €7-8. Breakfast Not so good., hot food was always cold on the 3nt stay that we had , only having one Coffee machine always a wait …. Based on the Breakfast facilities I would give a 3/5 score . Could easily be 5/5 if the restaurant was better"
"Location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. The room is very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom has bidet and bathtub if you want to relax. The only negative thing is that there’s no electric kettle and no free coffee or tea and worst is there’s no complimentary bottled water."
"Overall, it's pretty good. The room is spacious and clean. However, the bathroom facilities, especially the sink, are quite basic. The shower, on the other hand, is great with strong water pressure. Breakfast is very average with limited options."
"The hotel itself is very nice, and the location is excellent—strategically located just outside the city wall, making it convenient to access the historic area and nearby transportation. The facilities and overall environment were pleasant.
However, I could not give full marks because of the service we experienced during checkout.
We needed to get to the train station with two carry-on bags and two large suitcases, and I was traveling with my 70-year-old mother. I asked the front desk if they could help call a taxi for us. Surprisingly, the request was refused. I find it unacceptable that such a basic request could not be accommodated.
It was also lightly drizzling at the time. Instead of offering assistance, the front office staff who did our check-out told us that we could simply walk across the street to the taxi stand and get a taxi ourselves. Doing so with multiple pieces of luggage and an elderly parent in the light rain is clearly not reasonable.
What made the experience even more disappointing was that after giving this response, she did not offer any further help and simply ignored us.
By the time I walked to the taxi stand, there was no taxi available. It’s also worth noting that Paseo de la Victoria is a large multi-lane avenue, not a small street that can be crossed easily.
In the end, I had to leave my 70-year-old mother waiting in the hotel lobby while I went across to the taxi stand myself. When a taxi finally arrived, I asked the driver to come back to the hotel entrance to pick us up. We were also rushing to catch our train, so the whole situation became unnecessarily stressful. Thankfully we still managed to make it on time, but this could easily have been avoided if the front desk had simply helped call a taxi.
I have been traveling to Europe multiple times every year since the early 2000s and have stayed in well over a hundred hotels across the continent. In all those years, this is the first time a simple request to call a taxi was so bluntly rejected by a hotel front desk. For a property that presents itself as a five-star hotel, this level of indifference to a basic guest request—especially when an elderly guest is involved—is simply unacceptable and left a very poor final impression of what was otherwise a pleasant stay.
Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about choosing to stay at other Eurostars properties in the future."
"It's a pretty good hotel, close to the train station and attractions. It just rained heavily on the second day, so I didn't go out much. I stayed in the hotel for nearly a day. The hotel's TV can cast the screen, so I watched some TV series. It was halfway through the trip, and it was raining so I couldn't go out, so I rested in the hotel, which was pretty good."
"Such a beautiful hotel located right next to the La Mesiquita. It is richly decorated with lots of paintings and antique style stuff. The room is spacious, clean, and toiletries are well stocked. No coffee or water offered in the room but given the really reasonable price it's fine.
Value for money!"
"The room wasn't particularly large, but it was perfectly adequate for a single person. It was clean, and there was a kettle and a selection of teas available at reception.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the breakfast. The hotel didn't have its own restaurant, but they gave me vouchers for a restaurant within the hotel. The selection was extremely meager: half a slice of toasted bread, coffee, and one side dish.
But apart from breakfast, there was nothing to complain about. The hotel is very centrally located."
"Facilities: The hotel's facilities are quite new. The lobby is very beautiful, as shown in the picture, very recommended
Hygienic: The room is very clean, slippers and toothbrushes are available.
Environment: Just in the center of Cordoba, there are a lot of food below, and you can walk to the Grand Mosque for more than 10 minutes. And there are also gourmet restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, the kind of Michelin.
Service: The service is very good and the attitude is great!"
"The hotel is located right next to a church in the old town, making it perfect for morning walks. It's clean and well-maintained. Although there's some music from nearby restaurants in the evening, it becomes very quiet late at night once all the establishments close."
"The room is not small, two 34-inch boxes can be opened. The location is very good, in the old town, there are restaurants downstairs, and it takes ten minutes to walk to the Grand Mosque. The soundproofing is very good, and the construction on the opposite side can't be heard. The point is that the price is too cheap, it can be regarded as the most cost-effective night in Spain. The only regret is that the twin bed cannot be picked."

MMoonkinVery pleasant hotel, the hotel itself is a building with a history of hundreds of years, after the renovation, both classic and modern. The room is completely decorated in accordance with the modern hotel, all hotel functions are available. The appearance retains the traditional architectural style, and many tourists are specially photographed here. The location is in the center of the old city, 2 minutes walk to the Grand Mosque and 5 minutes to the parking lot outside the city. The old gentleman at the front desk is also the owner of the hotel, warm and thoughtful, and will also provide surrounding restaurants, coffee, entertainment recommendations (although the restaurant feels average after eating). Perfect choice without any shortcomings.
GGuest UserGreat stay in a perfect location
Patios del Orfebre is a lovely place to stay right in the heart of the historic area. The location is excellent—close to all the main tourist attractions, surrounded by beautiful old streets and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel itself was very clean, cozy, and full of charm. Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. It’s a great choice if you want to experience the character of the old city while staying somewhere comfortable and quiet.
Highly recommended for travelers who want convenience, charm, and cleanliness.
Loved the little patio.
GGuest UserWonderful stay at Hesperia Córdoba 🥰
I had a fantastic experience at Hesperia Córdoba. The location is perfect—just a short walk across the bridge to the historic center, with beautiful views of the Mezquita and the river. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, offering stunning views—perfect for a drink in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!
RRSJPThe hotel is very well located next to the mosque, which makes it easy to access, as well as the rest of the places to visit.
The hotel is located in the centre of the city centre and is located in the centre of the city centre.
The room is well, two beds, TV, clean, not very large but it doesn't need more for a visit trip.
The bathroom was very tight all but functional. Once they fixed the washing stopper, because we didn't need to use the bide.
As we have commented, for one night or two during a visit to the places of the area is very good.
The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The second day we didn't have breakfast in the hotel, we did it in another cafeteria that was taking us over at the visits.
HHZSAYSI had a wonderful stay at Hostal Almanzor. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and very easy to find. The room was spotless and well prepared on arrival which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were friendly, helpful and always available for any questions. Facilities were modern and everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area especially solo travelers like me who appreciate a safe and welcoming environment. I will definitely choose this hostal again on my next visit.
GGuest Useroverall an okay place in a good location, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Noise: The street below doesn’t seem very busy, and we were on the third floor, yet we could hear every car and every group of people talking outside. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to sleep, both for me and my mother. If you’re a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs.
Kitchen Equipment: The apartment’s kitchen was a bit disappointing, as it didn’t include even basic essentials — no salt, nowelcome coffee for the nespresso machine, not even a kitchen towel. These small touches don’t cost much, but would make the stay feel much more welcoming and comfortable.
Bathroom Design: The toilet setup is quite unusual and doesn’t provide much privacy. It’s separated from the bedroom by glass doors with a large gap (around 20 cm), so you can actually see into the living area from the toilet (s. the picture). Depending on who you’re traveling with, this might feel uncomfortable.
Communication:
Communication with the property could be improved. We received several emails in Spanish, which was confusing, and when I asked about luggage storage, I never got a reply. A bit more responsiveness and clarity would make the experience smoother.
Rooftop Area:
On the positive side, the building has a lovely rooftop area where you can relax on sun loungers, a great spot to unwind after a long day.
Overall:
A good location and an nice room, but the noise level, lack of basic kitchen items and poor communication could definitely be improved.
GGuest UserWe arrived at an address where we were told to go elsewhere. Once there, the sound of running water greeted us and remained throughout our stay. At our first complaint, the manager asked where the noise was coming from, then heard nothing more. Opaque glass separated us from a pretty patio with dim, permanent lighting. But when someone enters, the light turns on automatically. Curtains would have improved the situation. The room was clean, but completely charmless. White tiles, white walls, two large beds, a small table with a chair, a shelf hanging from the wall, and below it, a bar with hangers. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with curtains, which splashed water into the room every time we showered.
GGuest UserLocation is good, close to the cathedral and in a nice neighbourhood, cafes and restaurants nearby. People at reception are nice and helpful. The room is ok, a bit basic, outdated and bathroom not very clean, terrace on the rooftop was closed probably because it’s winter. Overall I would just recommend for 1 night to someone looking for a central location on a budget.
