"The aparthotel is very convenient due to its location; the studio is a good size, allowing for comfortable meals. The bedding is good, and the linens are clean, although the cleanliness under the beds could be improved."
"I felt very safe and the place was clean and tidy. All the rooms were fully equipped, and even had a balcony! The king-sized bed was super comfy and the air conditioning system worked perfectly. The USB charging ports were really convenient. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The surrounding area is also great, with a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. It's also within walking distance to the city center and the Old Port."
"The hotel is ideally located, close to bus lines, the metro, and Saint-Charles train station, as well as not far from the Prado.
The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The staff is incredibly kind: everyone we met was absolutely lovely.
The only minor drawbacks were a lack of natural light in the room and the cleanliness could be improved.
For the price, I highly recommend it."
"The hotel is well located, close to public transport and the city center.
The staff is welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Parking is available for a fee, but it's a real plus, given how difficult it can be to find a parking space in Marseille.
We had a pleasant stay and we recommend it."
"Parking a proximité, piscine et petit déjeuner : Tout ça pour un prix raisonnable et a proximité des commerces, tout en restant au calme le soir pour se reposer."
"I had a great stay as always at this BnB — check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient. I chose this location because it’s close to the embassy I needed to visit. The receptionist (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was very helpful and kind. I was unprepared for my appointment, but she went out of her way to help me by finding scissors and glue so I could attach my photo to a document. She even looked for them in the next office! I really appreciated her small but thoughtful gestures. I also stored my bag there and picked it up after my appointment. Although my embassy visit didn’t go well, my experience at the BnB was still excellent thanks to her."
"Rien à dire. Le seul bémol la climatisation malgré il y'avait un ventilateur. Pour le prix il faut qu'ils améliorent le confort pour les clients. Je le recommande"
"It is really worth staying there. It is not in the Puerto Viejo sector but it is very well located. Great price quality ratio. Recommended without doubt. From there we move daily to visit the best sites in Marseille."
"We have had our room before the hour.
Pratique: Des carafes d'eau sont mis à disposition dans un réfrigérateur près de l'accueil.
There is a bar and a map for dinner.
Covered and paying parking: € 10 per night.
The only bemol regarding us: we had warm in the night and wanted to put the air. It didn't work. The next day we were at the reception. We were told that the entire hotel was scheduled for heating and not for climate."

GGuest UserGreat view from the window , and there are 2-3 really useful mini mart or supermarket downstairs , will be staying here again .
MM260013****I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The location is excellent, and the 7th-floor restaurant has an unbeatable sea view. The breakfast food was fresh on the first day, but on the second day, the potatoes were leftovers from the previous day; they tasted off and were very hard. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The room was just average. If you're looking for the location and the rooftop sea view, I'd recommend it. But if you're looking for value for money, I strongly advise against it. Also, absolutely do not take the taxi the hotel calls for you. Although the driver speaks English, the fare is double!
GGuest UserThe staff were extremely helpful, and the location offers excellent access to Marseille Saint-Charles Station. The food was great as well. I would highly recommend Toyoko Inn for anyone visiting Marseille.
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient. The hotel has access control, which is relatively safe. Free luggage storage. There are not many simple cafes around. Breakfast was added, which was very amazing. The staff are very polite
GGuest UserThe biggest advantage is that the train station is very close. The train station is on a high ground. It is very difficult to pull boxes in the city, such as the old port. It is recommended that the subway taxi is closer. The whole Marseille has various heights and lows. ibis is mainly soundproofed. The sound of other neighbors closing the door is not loud outside the window. Breakfast is really good at this price hotel.
TToffer MorganSurprisingly a very good stay. Awesome rooms that are real basic and simple great beds, clean linen and hot showers and clean bathrooms. Loved it. Best staff that are friendly
DDIAGATI have the habit of going to this hotel, the reception is nice, the location is very good at the entrance of Marseille and just next to the port of the stake.
HHassan Eren AliNice building , workers are very friendly. When we first arrived at hotel we thought it was closed but keep pressing the button to ring the reception to open the door for you. Keep in mind bring your own towel or you have to buy one here.
VVivian KempFirst time in Marseille. Fine to have stayed at this apartment but probably won't again.
I had to chase for the access instructions myself. Also annoying to have to go pick up the keys from Ibis (collection itself was quick), which is a 9-minute walk to the apartment. The fob worked but the 2 keys attached did not open any doors. Email instructions, while clear, were not entirely accurate - referring to going right when in fact I needed to find the apartment on the left.
Bit of drama one morning as I forgot my phone inside the apartment and had locked myself out. Had keys on me but the keys couldn't actually open the door, and of course I couldn't remember the super-secure 9-digit digital code! Only eventually managed to get in but asking a neighbour who thankfully was able to call the apartment manager. They should have given me working manual keys but never did.
Apartment itself was very clean. Lots of linen. Comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as hidden under the sofa bed. Basic toiletries included. Washing machine worked. Heating was plenty sufficient. No dishwasher but not an issue as I did not cook much. (2 induction hob rings right against the wall which I didn't think was conducive to cooking anything more than the super basic, but fine for me this trip.)
Overall it was okay. Location super convenient, but I'd prefer somewhere quieter, where people and traffic noise wouldn't be so loud and go on after hours. Also somewhere without people relieving themselves next to large bins right outside the building's front door. Somewhere more pleasant...
