We have been over a day , we don't like to disturb and bad days all have,and the next day it repeated, but only the next day they could solve the problem and we understand that part , but the water of the shower was cold, in December is difficult to take a cold water bath and every day the water never got regular, which made the stay unpleasant... the jacuzzi problem was solved on the third day and we understand, they tried their best, a new room and the breakfast included and we thank you for that,to thiso of the water was one of the negative points and the breakfast served in the room had some missing things in the menu (no additional cost) that should warn, but finally. The staff were very friendly and the view was very beautiful. Cleaning could also be improved, it has pins marks on the toilet cap that should not exist and the cakes of the caviars on the terrace that in no day was clean 🫠. But I believe it was just a bad phase that can happen anywhere, not stop visiting, it is just an assessment, perhaps a little more demanding person and who works with demanding public! 😅
