User Nickname: Dalinman Title: -----Welcome to UK 2026🇬🇧----- My first hotel in the UK, where I stayed for seven consecutive nights. Overall Rating: Very Satisfied! Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect location for commuters travelling between cities. A left turn out of the hotel and up a big staircase leads directly to the train station. Much more convenient than the Hilton I stayed at last time (the Hilton was by the sea, less than a five-minute walk away 😆). It’s also just a ten-minute walk to LANE (the bustling area). Quite nice🤌 (walked there and back for dinner every night). Breakfast 🍳: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was delicious, except for the baked beans, which are unique to the UK and which I didn't try. The croissants 🥐 were very flaky and multi-layered, almost crumbling as soon as you picked them up. The hash browns were my favorite; I ate them every morning. They had both full-fat and skimmed milk to meet different needs. Breakfast started at 6:30 AM every day, and I often went down before it even opened (I guess I'm making up for all the hardships I didn't experience back home). Room Facilities: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The kitchen facilities were quite comprehensive, with a dishwasher, microwave, and induction hob. The bed was comfortable. Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good! One Sunday morning, I had an early train to catch and wouldn't have time for breakfast. The staff told me the night before to just grab something from the vending cabinet next to the front desk for breakfast. It was free! I felt a bit embarrassed and only took one Ferrero Rocher, but the staff said that wasn't enough. Then they told me 'this is good' and 'that is good', so... I took about P10 worth of items! 😆 Soundproofing: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There's a small road downstairs, but I didn't hear any traffic noise while sleeping. In the mornings, I'd hear seagulls (Brighton has so many large seagulls, it's a bit romantic 🥰). Tips: No toothpaste or toothbrush; you can buy them downstairs for £5.5 (about 50 RMB 😅). No free bottled water; a bottle downstairs is £2+ (about 20 RMB 😅). Highly recommended (because I can expense all of the above 😆)! Oh, and don't forget that what we call the first floor in the UK is the ground floor (I didn't quite get that when I first arrived).

Really lovely stay, they checked us in a little early and helped with a delivery which was so useful. The room was really nice, comfortable beds. We even had a warm welcome from one of the locals when we got to the room 😉 Location very convenient but you don’t notice any notice from the station. Easy to walk to all the main spots

Very nice and clean, roomy, convenient if you are visiting the Brighton centre for concerts and close to the beach apparently. Warmly welcomed at the reception and was offered all the help I needed. Sure to stay with them next time I visit! (If you needed to call a taxi you could just ask at the reception. WiFi password is in the room. Plenty of teabags and coffee sachets, got hairdryer, kettle)

The hotel is entirely self-service. As long as you follow their instructions before checking in, such as checking in via the app, everything will go smoothly. The room was spacious and very tidy and clean. My room had a great orientation, so it was very quiet at night. My friends' room faced the street and was very noisy at night. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise – excellent in terms of color, aroma, and taste. The hotel's location is also very convenient. The only downside is that the bed is a bit soft; if two people are sleeping, one turning over can disturb the other's sleep. It would be perfect if they had twin rooms.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Brighton. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping refreshed it every day, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding — the staff genuinely make an effort to ensure their guests are comfortable and well looked after. We had a small request regarding the kettle in our room, as the original one had a bit of limescale build-up. The front desk handled the issue immediately and even went above and beyond by providing a brand-new kettle. This level of responsiveness really impressed us. The only minor downside is that our room was connected to the neighbouring room through a shared internal door. Although it was locked on both sides, the sound insulation was not as strong. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Friendly service and great comfort!

Had a really great experience at The Charm Hotel. We booked the ”King Suite with View” which had an amazing scenic view, especially in the morning with the cool breeze. The environment and room is not only conducive, but is both spacious and clean. Highly recommend travellers who are looking for a safe hotel as my friend and I (both females) felt rather comfortable staying in this hotel. Only advise would be to pack light as there is no lift and we had to climb 2 stories up. Otherwise, everything is close to perfect.

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the space was well-organized. Although the room wasn’t very large, it felt practical and suitable for a solo traveler or a couple. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any questions. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Bed is quite small for twin bed. Overall, it was perfect

Very good hotel, suitable for family and friends, very close to the beach, the room is very nice, the front desk lady is very warm, there are many delicious foods around, very convenient! ! !

Great location, friendly staff, although my room was small it was well equipped with everything I needed. The room was really cozy, quiet and well ventilated. Location is perfect right in the center of Brighton with shops, bars, restaurants and a short distance to the beach. The train station is quite close as all. Only important thing to mention is that there's a deposit of 100£ which i did not know about and wasn't prepared.

Super cute hotel, only minutes away from the beach. Quiet place slightly further out from the busy bars but close enough to walk. Lovely staff really chatty and helpful. Offered places to go and visit. We would highly recommend it and Would be more than happy to go back again
