Lovely experience from start to finish, the oversized coffee mugs was a great touch, thank you for that ☺️ and I got to see possibly the most unique sight just round the corner, pictured, as for the lobby and the hotel, a mix of modern, art deco and comfy seating downstairs. Be warned the bed was HUGE!!! I could fit 3 full size pillows across, so no danger of falling out for me ☺️ I will be going back 👍

The room is nice, clean and cozy. Good for solo traveler cuz I’m afraid of staying in massive room just by myself. Breakfast is alright continental breakfast you can expect. Gym you cannot expect too much. But being able to watch live football in the lobby is a vibe during World Cup period.

What a warm welcome we always receive at this hotel hundred percent welcome and excellent members of staff . Good food.set up is very accommodating. Pool facilities so relaxing.

Excellent location, superbly clean, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, all amenities one could think of. What else is required. I travell a lot and this one is one of my favourite.😊😊😃😃

Unable to leave a positive or negative review on this hotel as they refused my request to rearrange the date of the hotel. Having been involved in a car crash (not my fault) you would have thought the hotel my have responded to the request but unfortunelty they did not acknowlege trip to cancel or rearrange. I am unsure whether I would book again witht this group.

Great location, super close to city centre and very convenient. Staff members are always helpful and super friendly. On my final night there was a storm in Scotland and staff was super helpful with trying to see if they can book me for one extra night just in case if trains don’t run the next day :) really happy with the service. Breakfast has good selection! Room is okay, the AC seemed a bit old and broken but still works, temperature in the room is fine!

The location is great, really close to Glasgow Central and Queen Street Station, which makes getting around super easy. The room was very clean, and they even cleaned it daily. It's perfect for solo travelers.

We stayed during Christmas season and there was a Xmas market next door. The hotel is spacious and all the necessary facilities, including kitchen and washing machine are provided.

Room was good but the lobby area full of foreigners shouting their own language I don’t know they are from Somalia or which country , you can’t sit bar area or anywhere in the lobby level. It was a short visit but room was good didn’t get a chance to try the food but next time for sure because I will be very regular visitors because of daughter will be there for her education
