Before going to Venice, I agonized for a while over where to stay – the island was just too expensive. On the drive from the Dolomites to Venice, I suddenly stumbled upon this Crowne Plaza online, and it was perfect for a self-drive trip! Commuting to Venice every day wasn't far at all. The accommodations were excellent, exactly what you'd expect from an established chain. The breakfast was also fantastic, especially the cakes and pastries. Plus, just a few kilometers away, there was a local family restaurant serving authentic beef in vinegar sauce.

A wonderful 1-night-stay at Scrovegni Room & Breakfast on our way through Padova to Venice. Angela, the host, was wonderfully attentive and even cut short her morning to allow us to drop off our luggage ahead of check-in time. A clean, charming, safe and excellently situated B&B that made two travellers very happy on their journey through Italy. Would 100% recommend and stay again in future if visiting the beautiful city of Padova again.

It was very good hotel. It has windows and good amenities and the staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was ok, many choices. Only thing I didn’t like is that they didn’t give us the room sleepers so we had to be bear foot

HOtel Donatello is centrally located in the old town, within easy walking distance of trams, tourist sights, shops and restaurants. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the hotel was very well maintained. Breakfast was more than sufficient. I look forward to staying here again.

This is a hotel recommended by Italian locals. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I go to Padua. The decoration style is very distinctive and the service is really good.

The hotel was spotless , friendly staff , breakfast was ok but the eggs & bacon were cold or Luke warm every morning - we were very disappointed with the spa been under renovation for the first 2 days which was not communicated to us prior to the stay , if we were aware of this fact we would have cancelled the stay as the reason we picked this hotel was to enjoy the spa facilities on offer - wouldn’t rebook this hotel !

We arrived at 20:00, it rained and it arranged us that there was a restaurant in the hotel: pasta, lasagne, frites steak at reasonable prices.

Buona posizione. Accesso facile e arrivo consentito a tutte le ore. Molto comodo il check-out alle 12, personalmente dovevo stare poco tempo a Padova e ho apprezzato di avere questo punto di appoggio oltre l’orario garantito dalla maggior parte dei posti.

Very convenient location close to the train station with 10 minute walk. It's just at the periphery of the old town within walkable distance to major tourist landmarks too. Breakfast is okay with the usual ham, cheese, eggs and bread. Not much of hot dishes choice apart from scrambled eggs and grilled bacon. Musilli is surprising tasty. Amenities though... prepare your own slippers, shampoo, body wash (they give you a small bottle 2in1 of 20 mL every day) and conditioner. Two bottled water is ensured daily. There is no kettle nor tea cups in the room. I cannot make tea or coffee in the room. The room is clean but the sound proofing is suboptimal as I can sometimes hear doors slamming shut. Good air conditioning in this hot weather of June. Helpful staff and overall good experience.

Struttura molto carina e personale gentile. Siamo stati due volte in questo hotel. La volta scorsa abbiamo avuto una camera migliore. Tutto sommato consigliato.
