"A very well-maintained property, with immaculately clean rooms and attention to detail. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient, always ready to accommodate every need. The location is perfect for reaching the Maxi Studios: the reason for my stay was a convention held there, and the proximity was a huge plus. Furthermore, the property is just steps away from a bar, supermarket, pharmacy, and tobacconist, making everything extremely convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation."

"Large, modern, very clean rooms, equipped with various comforts including a kettle to make a hot tea or coffee, 2 free bottles of water, good quality bathroom products, free parking, small free gym available to customers. Very friendly staff.
I found the tourist tax at €7/pax dia a bit excessive and perhaps the buffet breakfast at €18, but on the second I would say that it depends a lot on personal habits, if a coffee and a croissant are enough for us, we can go to the internal bar and the ”problem” is solved.
Service info: about 30 minutes by car from the center. There is no nearby subway within walking distance."
"Traveling in Milan, staying at Pierre Antique Hotel, the overall feeling is pretty good. The top floor attic suite is very spacious, and the sofa is comfortable to sit on. Be careful not to hit your head. The bedding is good, and the bathing and draining are OK. There is no kettle, so I use a coffee machine to drink hot water. Breakfast is downstairs in the lobby. The space is warm and elegant, with Western varieties. Be sure to take the initiative to ask the waiter for coffee, fried eggs, etc. I ordered American, which is served in a tin kettle and tastes good. The hotel is located in the old city. It can be imagined that the construction of the municipal tourism at the door will take a long time, and there will be one-way traffic jams. Walk along the ground rail tram line to the cathedral for 15 minutes, which is the center of everything. Continue to the Grand Park, the Grand Duke's Castle, and the Gate of Peace. I think the price reduction is large due to construction. Morning jogging through the cathedral to the Grand Park is wonderful."
"This is a fantastic hotel in an excellent location. It's about a 20-minute walk to the main shopping area, and there are many great restaurants and small shops nearby. The neighborhood feels very residential and safe, with no concerns about security.
I really have to commend the hotel's front desk staff. I was out shopping all day near the Duomo, carrying three bags, and took an Uber back to the hotel. When I got out, I somehow left one bag behind – it had my newly purchased jewelry and a handbag inside, worth over 50,000 RMB! I only realized it after I got back to my room.
I immediately rushed down to the front desk. The staff quickly checked the CCTV footage for me, confirming that I had indeed left a bag in the Uber, and it wasn't something I left at the hotel. At the same time, because Uber doesn't have a direct contact feature for drivers, and I hadn't gotten any response after reporting it to Uber's platform, the front desk attendant proactively helped me look through the limited information available on the Uber app. Eventually, he found the phone number for the Uber driver's registered company and immediately called them on my behalf. After several verifications, they finally got in touch with the driver, who confirmed he had my missing shopping bag and would return it within an hour. I'm incredibly grateful for the prompt and proactive help from the hotel front desk throughout this whole ordeal; I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise."
"Great location and friendly staff, but disappointing stay overall
We recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing.
Pros:
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we really appreciated.
The location is excellent, close to key attractions and easy to get around.
The hotel was clean and had nice decor, making a good first impression.
Cons:
The noise levels from the area was unexpected. Loud music played until the early hours, making it very difficult to sleep.
The lights in our room kept switching on and off during the night, which was disruptive and unsettling.
The breakfast was disappointing—the meat and scrambled eggs were cold, which was off-putting and not what we expected."
"The apartment is great. Everything is brand new, the house is nice. The neighborhood can look a litlle getto (as we were in august, many places are closed and covered in graffiti).
The check in is very easy, you don’t have to find the key in the middle of nowhere.
The service is little off cause we had a sink problem, left the application but nothing was ever done to it.
Overall I would be glad to come bac
I would be glad to come back!"
"I've been frequenting the Hotel Watt for a few years, averaging about three times a year. It consistently maintains a high standard of quality. Excellent breakfasts, clean rooms, generally informal but impeccable service, and impeccable efficiency. Highly recommended for business travelers or those traveling for specific reasons. Tourists will find it quite far from the historic center (the Sforza Castle, the Duomo, and similar locations are about an hour's walk at a brisk pace, or a tram ride away). Its proximity to the canals makes it easy to spend pleasant evenings in one of the many restaurants or bars within a fifteen-minute walk."
"Such a great hotel in Milan located near China town area which makes us easy to find our favorite Asian food. On the other hand, the gym and spa is wonderful, hotel room is new, breakfast is decent and I would say the best iced Americano I have tasted during our entire stay in Italy. I definitely will recommend and come back again."
"Uh, what about the hotel? Frankly speaking, the facilities are relatively new, but the owner will checkout at ten o'clock, but checkin is at 2:30 in the afternoon. At nine o'clock in the morning, whatsapp sent a short message to ask me when to leave the store, **, what to urge? Knock on the door at ten o'clock, let the workers enter my room to clean at ten:30, ****! ! ! When I left, I asked if I had consumed the mini bar? Thieves. **Not because of a business trip, I really want to quarrel with her. **, you make it seem that your Milan is more developed than Shanghai! Negative Ratings"

Very Good
牛牛哥.The hotel room looked very new and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Although the breakfast area was small, the food was good. The location is convenient, right across from the train station. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water, and the tap water quality was concerning; I wouldn't even dare to drink it after boiling. Luckily, I had some mineral water left from the plane, otherwise I would have had to buy the hotel's overpriced water.
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to the train and metro stations, and the airport shuttle bus terminal is just downstairs (€10 per person). It's convenient for getting to any attraction. There's air conditioning, so you can pop back to the hotel for a break when it's hot in the afternoon, grab a complimentary coffee, and then head to the food court across from the central station in the evening for some delicious food. It's truly delightful.
Wwen2linGreat stay at Hotel Lombardia in Milan. The location is quiet and safe, just a short walk to Loreto Metro Station, making it easy to get to the city centre and main attractions like Duomo di Milano. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for families with kids. We had a comfortable trip and would recommend it to other travellers.
AanmqThe hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down.
There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything!
We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner.
__Elena*_It is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.
GGuest UserThe hotel is new and the service is excellent. The staff speak many languages and you can store your luggage there. I checked in early in the morning, and after a quick call to confirm, it was fine. They gave me a really spacious room. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I return. The only strange thing was that the shower water was cold, but overall it's a very modern place.
GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.
GGuest UserThe only criticism I have is of the odd layout of the buffet breakfast - it’s in 3 separate places. No one explained to us how it worked and that the main part of the buffet was in a separate room which we didn’t discover until our final breakfast
Mmusic11Being an Ibis hotel, part of the Accor group, the rooms are a bit small and the facilities show their age slightly, but for a budget hotel, it offers good value for money. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the tram is close, but the subway station is a bit inconveniently located. I booked this hotel because the 4-star hotels near Milano Centrale Station were too expensive on my travel dates, and it's pretty much what I expected. It's decent for a value-for-money hotel. Note that parking is limited as the lot is small, and it costs 20 Euros per day. Breakfast is a mediocre, not-so-great continental buffet.
GGuest UserRoom a lot smaller than what the picture suggests. Also the photos on trip is inaccurate. It showed a coffee machine in the room which is not the case so it did make one feel a little cheated. The hotel rain shower head is dirty and poorly maintained. The water jets out in all directions which tells you that it is in need of a clean. The hair dryer blows weak and has only one heat setting. It’s next to Milan Central so great for one night before heading to the airport. The staff is great and service is good though.
