The hotel staff is exceptionally courteous, and the room perfectly matches the description on their website—immaculately clean and comfortable. It's just a 5-minute walk to the ski resort, and the food is not only delicious but also diverse and freshly prepared for every meal. During our stay over Christmas, the hotel even crafted a special Christmas menu for us. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return if I decide to ski at Hirugano Kogen again.

Ski in ski out. Room of good size. Buffet breakfast and dinner were pretty good with lots of variety to choose from. Public bath is spacious and never crowded. Though need to go next door (30m outdoor) for onsen and pay a small fee. Ski pass discounts at Washigatake, WhitePia as well as Takasu Snow Park which is pretty decent. Service as adequate but didn’t particularly understand why they won’t let us use the ski locker before check in when no one was using it.

I love this hotel! 1) The view from the hotel is so beautiful. Even inside the Onsen. 2) The customer service is very nice. A very relaxing place. 3) Breakfast is delicious and there is a very nice garden where you can take photos. Highly recommended.

The location is very good 👍 It is very convenient to go to several ski resorts nearby. The food is delicious 😋 This price is very suitable.

No matter how high the altitude was, the temperature was high, and if it was hot outside, the environment was far from comfortable and hot inside the cottage. It will be a painful environment for those who are not good at insects because the grass is growing relatively. When I opened the door to ventilate the room, a lot of abdomen and moths came in. I noticed on my way home, but there was a beehive near the roof of the cottage, and the child was small, so I didn't care while cleaning it up. If you use the cottage, you may want to check with the administrator whether it was exterminated before booking. I don't think I'll use it anymore during the hot summer months, but it may be comfortable in winter.

Very satisfied accommodation, two people live in a large room, there are hot springs, restaurants, reasonable prices. It should be a hotel for a holiday. There is parking and free. Suitable for self-driving hotels, but the surroundings are very dark at night, drive carefully.

The facilities are a bit old but keep clean. The size of the room and the comfort of the bath were satisfactory. It is delicious and the amount is satisfactory for both morning and dinner. I am happy with the free massage machine in the lobby. The travel site says there is Wi-Fi, but the only complaint is that it was not connected.
