HHoustonianThe villa is very comfortable, of course the price is not cheap. You get what you pay for! But it’s too far from the check in place. If it’s not for our super-accommodating sports enthusiasts, it’s probably going to give up... The front desk service is okay, it’s too far away, I feel two or three kilometers, with heavy luggage, and the sun is like a fire. You can imagine the feelings of the wife and children at home... The map icon is not very clear and the navigation is not easy to use. It is recommended that the front desk help enter the destination and then take it with the navigation. Otherwise, it will be a big thing if you lose it.

Ddd17bbIt’s an absolute bliss to stay in Suginoya, a luxurious ryokan in Saga. Our saga beef sukiyaki dinner was truly memorable as the quality of the meat was top notch- so soft yet flavorful, something we will remember for a long time. We enjoyed relaxing in the private and public bath, soaking in the zen vibes of the hotel and lounging in the spacious and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and tried to converse in English as best as possible. 100% recommend as we felt fully pampered here like it was our honeymoon all over again!

GGuest UserThis small hot spring hotel in Saga gave a big surprise. The location is not far from JR, the bus is just a few stops, get off the bus and walk. The family hotel gave too many surprises, the room was spotless, the service staff was super enthusiastic, the luggage was taken to the second floor, but the room was really comfortable and the family of three was very satisfied. Soaked in the hot spring and washed away the fatigue. I was also lucky to meet the boss of the president, a very elegant lady. Everything is perfect!

GGuest UserThe female dorm has a security entrance, so I felt safe staying here.
There is a shopping area just behind the hotel, and lots of eateries available. The Kumamoto castle is also within walking distance.
The washroom's cleanliness and amenities are tip top. There are no complaints. There is also a washing machine and dryer which is convenient if you need to do some laundry during your travels.
There is also a female bath but I didn't have time so I have no comments on that.
There was also a rest area for dining which is good for people who wants to eat take-away or convenience store foods. There is a hot water provider and microwave, but there was no drinking water supply. (I guess you'll need to buy bottled water, which in this case, there are several vending machines within the premise)

There were a lot of things, but the liver and taste were the best.
