The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Dinner was a set menu, and breakfast was a buffet. The food was decent. The hot spring could accommodate about ten people. It's a good leisure option for travelers.

It was a convenient and easy to understand place just across the road station and footbath. The cleaning was well done and I was able to spend it comfortably. The food was delicious. Especially the breakfast buffet was good. I think it is a good hotel in Cospa. It was good that the large communal bath was large, but I wish it was a hot spring of a more habitual type because the hot spring was tasteless and odorless.

Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion. Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out. Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk. Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western. Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

The most attractive aspect of this hotel was its incredibly low price. The fact that it included breakfast and access to the hot springs at this price was truly exceptional. The hotel and guest rooms were clean, making for a comfortable stay. The room was larger than I expected, which was a plus. Furthermore, there were amenities like a table tennis room, which added to the enjoyment. The location wasn't bad either; there were restaurants and convenience stores within a few minutes' drive, so I didn't feel any inconvenience. I didn't have any major complaints, except that the large size of the facility meant it took a little time to reach my room, which was a minor concern. Even considering that, the cost performance was excellent, and I would definitely like to stay here again.

The hotel is a 4-minute walk from the station. It's clean and quiet, and the lobby offers a great selection of high-quality toiletries. The bed was really comfortable, and the bath towels were soft and absorbent. The breakfast was especially delicious, with soba noodles, Niigata rice, and a variety of Japanese dishes. There's also a washing machine, dryer, and microwave on the first floor.

The location of the hotel was very convenient it was near to everything. Train station, restaurants and shopping centers. The staff were friendly and the room is clean and decent.

The service is very good, with free drink coupons. You can also go to the same hotel next door to experience the ceramic steam bath for 500 days, which is quite comfortable. The room is indeed small for a temporary stay. It is less than a five-minute walk from the station and convenient for eating. The big camera next door has everything, and there are many restaurants nearby.

I often stay at Livemax when I travel to other regions. It's very close, about a 3-minute walk from Niigata Station after taking the direct limousine bus from the airport. The return bus stop for the airport, number 18, is also nearby, so it's easy to move around even with a suitcase. The front desk staff are very polite in their explanations. Since it was just one night, the room was spacious enough, most amenities were included, and the facilities had been newly replaced, so it was comfortable. Also, there is a microwave here, so it's great to be able to heat up the local food you take home! The elevators are crowded at check-out time, as mentioned in the reviews, but I checked out at 9:50 and it didn't affect me. I think it's fine as long as you check out a little outside of peak hours. If I have the chance to come to Niigata, I'll use it again.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a variety of great food options right next door. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also delicious. The service was attentive, and transportation was very convenient. Overall, a great experience! 👍

there was a high-pitched ringing sound on 1 side of the building. it was painful. even after switching to the other side of the building, there's constant noise from the ventilation system. it was too loud on the top floor. the breakfast was really good. fish, eggs, fresh vegetables, fermented vegetables, yogurt, juice, etc. coffee and ice were always available but tea was only available during breakfast and after 15:00.
