"Amazing stay. Very conveniently located just 5-10 min from the station. The room was spacious and well equipped, very comfortable. The only things to know are: it’s very close to the station so you will sometimes hear trains depending on your rooms location. The AC was also restricted during my stay so it would only stay at one temperature and you couldn’t make it colder. Other than that it was a great stay"

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of several attractions. Kanazawa Station is easily accessible by multiple bus routes, which is a real plus. For breakfast, we tried both options during our two-night stay: The first morning, we had the three-way blackthroat seaperch dish at Omicho Market. The fish was delicious, and the ochazuke (rice with tea) was fresh and flavorful. This is a great option if you plan on trying multiple local foods throughout the day, as it's not too filling. On the second day, we opted for the buffet breakfast on the hotel's first floor. There was a wide variety of choices, but it did get quite crowded, so I recommend going early. This is perfect if you have travel plans for the day, as a hearty breakfast here could easily carry you through lunch. The room itself was reasonably spacious. The TV conveniently displays real-time occupancy updates for the public bath. Compared to other business hotels in Japan, Mitsui Hotels tend to be more consistently reliable and modern."

"Very good location for being close to the train station, although it's about a 35-40 minute walk to places of interest. There's a 7-Eleven right next door, and a more complete supermarket and restaurants at the station. The rooms are huge for Japan, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is standard for the country. The hotel has a well-equipped gym and a very nice reading room. They do not clean the rooms until after the fourth night. They are not flexible with check-in; for example, after our 4-night reservation, we rebooked another 4 nights, but they made us wait 4 hours between checking out of the first room and checking into the second room. I think they could have paid more attention to us, since we had booked with them again and on a regular basis, but they paid no attention at all."

"Perfect accommodation!! I arrived and the staff explain it clearly, and very helpfull. The pod is nice, for me it's quite spacious. If you have a big luggage they have some section to put it in the share room. Shower room and spa located in the B1F, I did the spa, and it's only me, maybe that was awesome quite time. The welcome drink really nice, lounge room is comfortable and accommodating for eating, drinking and working as well. And for women, they provide hair straightener, I cannot use mine because the voltage issue."

"This hotel offers great value for money, even though it was slightly overpriced due to Japan's spring break. The room was quite spacious. I especially loved the hotel's large public bath; it was so relaxing and washed away all the fatigue. The breakfast was also good, but since there were many tour groups, we sometimes had to wait for a table in the morning. It's an 8-minute walk from Kanazawa Station West Exit. The area isn't very lively; if you prefer a more vibrant atmosphere, I'd recommend staying near the East Exit."

"This hotel located exactly beside JR Kanazawa Sta. So if you want to go to Shirakawago by bus ( of course u have to reserved before ) it is easy to reach the bus station behind Kanazawa Sta. I choose this hotel also because I used Hokuriku pass which is passed by Kanazawa Sta. The room is like other 3 star hotel in Japan, not too big but enough if you bring top loading luggage."

"The room facilities are complete. It's not very big, but it's enough for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance of major attractions like Oyama Shrine, Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Garden, Ishiura Shrine, and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, which is very convenient."

"easy to find, just 2 min walk from train station and a big building in your right hand side. Though not a new hotel with something in common area preferred to be renewed; in side the room is very nice, large room compared with usual standard. Breakfast very nice"

"Close to station however didn’t enjoy the service as receptionist not friendly and do not attempt to help. We need to leave early and saw container for take away breakfast so we decided to pack a few pieces of bread but when leaving we was told the container is only for noodles take away but what is the difference? I ask why can take noodles but not plaint bread ? He just kept saying no no only noodles which is ridiculous… never attempt to apologise or anything"
