"Here's a comparison with Amantaka in the video: Pros: 1. **Great Location:** It's right on the walking street in the old town, and the bathroom facilities are among the best for this area. Even better than Amantaka, which costs 10,000 a night (Pic 8 shows Amantaka's toilet). 2. **Excellent Bedding:** The bedding is very new and high quality, probably 80-thread count, but feels more comfortable than Amantaka's, which claims to be 100-thread count. The price is 1/50th of Amantaka's. (The video shows an Amantaka room 🌝, and the bed isn't comfortable). This was one of the two most comfortable beds I slept on during this trip to Laos; the other was at Jam Boutique (Pic 9). Cons: 1. **Gap under Door/Windows:** The gaps under the windows and door are too big! No wonder mosquitoes get in. (3 Nagas also had large gaps, seems common in many guesthouses in Laos). 2. **Terrible Mosquitoes:** The tiger mosquitoes are dreadful. The owner really needs to seal up those gaps under the door and windows, otherwise, 'little fairies' from China will eventually bombard them with bad reviews. 3. **Awful Breakfast:** Seriously, it's terrible. The noodles tasted like boiled rags – completely bland."

"I found my experience at this hotel to be impeccable; I was very satisfied with their facilities and the environment. The hotel's location isn't too remote either. Although it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the 'foreigner street,' there are many restaurants and massage parlors nearby that offer great value for money despite their lower prices. This made me feel like I made an excellent choice. The hotel also provides every guest with a map of nearby attractions, including major landmarks in Luang Prabang and information on supermarkets and conveniences. I think this was a great touch. When I checked in, I also received a tropical welcome drink and a small fruit platter. The breakfast the next day was also excellent; they used high-quality branded butter and cheese. This shows that the hotel invests significantly in its operations, and I was quite surprised to see them using such good imported products. The only minor point worth mentioning is that I booked a king-sized bed, but because that room type was full, I was given a twin room instead. Also, some of the hotel's facilities are a little dated, but this didn't affect my stay, so I'd say it's still acceptable, given the great value it offers."

The terrace mountain view room I stayed in this time is not located in the main building, but in the single-story building on the side. The room area is acceptable, the balcony is spacious but the view is average (there is a shabby residential building under my feet, and the mountain view in the distance is good), and the room type will be recommended overall. There are still some deficiencies in hardware and hygiene. Visible dirt was found on the curtains, shower floors, etc., but I personally feel that it is more inclined to poor maintenance rather than cleaning, and the appearance will indeed be greatly reduced. In addition, the sound insulation effect of the room is average, which is related to the building structure and is still within the tolerance range. Praise the service quality of the hotel. "An excellent hotel with a great location. Clean, cozy, and new rooms. Decent breakfasts, some rooms with mountain views. Several grocery stores and many restaurants nearby. The embankment is a 15-minute walk away. I also want to mention the service – it was my birthday, and at my girlfriend's request, they made me a cake and decorated the room beautifully! I highly recommend this hotel for any length of stay!"

"My stay here was not great but at the same time, not terrible. I think the property would benefit from some maintenance, upgrading, and more thorough cleaning. The room was functional and AC worked fine, but there were noticeable signs of wear and tear. The walls could do with repainting, and I found dust and cobwebs in parts of the room, which made it feel like housekeeping standards could be improved. One of the biggest drawbacks was how thin the walls are. Noise travels very easily, and I could hear almost everything happening in the neighbouring rooms, including conversations, showers running, and toilets flushing. This made it difficult to relax fully at times. There was also a noticeable gap around the door, which meant insects could get into the room. I could actually see mosquitoes coming through the gap at times, which was frustrating and made it harder to keep them out. Communication could also be challenging on occasion due to the language barrier. While this is understandable in a non-English-speaking country, it sometimes made things less straightforward. Thankfully, Google Translate helped bridge the gap. My booking included breakfast, which was somewhat disappointing. On the day I managed to have breakfast at the hotel, there was no choice or variety available. The meal consisted of a bowl of noodle soup and a boiled egg, with no alternative options or buffet selection. That said, my stay wasn't terrible, and the hotel served its purpose for somewhere to sleep."

"This stay exceeded my expectations, and I especially want to commend the hotel staff. I arrived with a lot of luggage, and a staff member proactively came over to help me carry it all the way to my room, which was incredibly thoughtful. When I needed to go out and couldn't easily get a taxi, the front desk even helped me call one, saving me a lot of hassle. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the overall living experience was excellent. The service was attentive and considerate, always putting the guest first. My stay was absolutely fantastic, and this will be my top choice for accommodation when traveling. Highly recommended!"

"Extremely satisfied! I'm not sure if it was because there were fewer bookings, but they upgraded my room. The bathroom facilities were also very clean. One minor drawback is that all rooms face the inner courtyard, making it easy for other guests to see who is staying where. On our first day, the ground floor rooms were fully booked, but the second floor was also great, perfect for anyone who loves taking photos – it's super photogenic! The next day, I spoke with the front desk staff about moving to a ground floor room. Since we were heading out for activities, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and enthusiastically assisted us with our luggage, which was fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to 'Foreigner Street,' and there are plenty of tuk-tuks right outside. The front desk staff communicated perfectly in Chinese, and both the rooms and the swimming pool were very clean with no strange odors. We had a very pleasant stay during our trip!"

"Nava Luang Prabang, located 900 m. from Luang Prabang Night Market on Kham Khong Road - Mekong waterfront read, was a small lovely hotel with 15 clean accommodating rooms. Its rooms had relatively oversized beds with relatively firm mattresses and fully equipped amenities. 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water were provided in each rooms with also complimentary replenishment once requested. Due to its special policy, there was no TV set in all of its rooms. Its bathrooms were in the right size with quality bathroom fixtures and real hot (not warm) water. It had a receptionist standing by 24-7 at its welcome lobby. All of them were friendly and attentive. With its present room rates, its overall quality was beyond expectations."
